Mark-7 of the 8 goals coming down the left side is not only a left back issue but a Rashford issue. He consistently does not track back and leaves Dalot defending on an island by himself all match long. Rashford would categorically never get away with not tracking back at clubs like City, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea. Rashford’s basic lack of effort defensively is genuinely embarrassing for a professional footballer. And I’m completely over the club continuing to enable his petulant attitude, terrible body language, and basic lack of effort no matter who the manager is.
It's because the manager tells Dalot to invert to help out Eriksen because for whatever reason, he keeps playing him every game.

Who do you think helped bring in these players? Majority of this team are players that Ten Hag agreed to sign or who he brought up through the academy. Unlike past United managers, Ten Hag has been backed so he has no excuses this season

The Utd style of play I grew up with was just winning trophies and using youth. Fergie played counter, flying wingers, low blocks. We didn’t have a style of play it changed all the time. Who cares, just win cups and leagues

The main reason I’m ETH out now is because I still don’t know what he’s trying to do(style of play, weird subs etc). What I will say is, at least under ole, we knew what we were (counter attacking) and even Jose we had his style of play. ETH has made it impossible to back him because we don’t know what we are or we want to play. Not to mention his press conferences are so poor.
