    Thanks so much for this video! 54 year old late bloomer here.. I've been working on trying to get my first snatch for the last few months and I've finally got it thanks to the exercises in this video :) Your videos have been beyond helpful.. You can teach an old gal new tricks! Love your content!

    Could you do a similar video for the Jerk. Mine is the lift that is holding me back the most and I struggle with locking out when I go >92%

    Any thoughts or materials on older masters combining throws and oly lifting? I'm an old discus thrower aware that recent research says high pulls are good for the discus. I am struggling with positions in the oly lifts, as I did very little of it in my career. I would also love to compete a little at oly lifting, but I see the attrition in my age group is astonishingly high -- I must assume for good reason.
