- We went inside the town of Blowing Rock North Carolina to hike the Glen Burney Trail along New Year's Creek for 3 amazing water features all within a small walk from downtown.

Yeah, we had a prettt good week up there. Seen lots of waterfalls and did a little bit of hiking to get to a couple. Had some good weather, and for the most part, not a lot of people.

I like those kind of trails that are manageable yet still “natural” looking. Glad nobody fell over any of the falls or accidentally went swimming in the creek 😂👍🏻
I couldn't imagine what the creek was like back then. I would tend to agree w ya though 🤢.
Was quite surprised by the trail and falls really, being that it was in the middle of town and all. Pretty enjoyable!
