Sunday Dinner__Cajun Chicken, & Pecan Rice

Tonight we are having our Sunday dinner out in camp on a hot August day, making a pot of stewed Cajun chicken in the Dutch-oven and serving beside it a recipe of pecan rice.

Cajun is too spicy for me but the pecan rice looks good!! Like you said though, a good Sunday dinner.
