- As a lifelong apple user, since switching to the Galaxy S24 Ultra from an iPhone 15 pro max I've had a lot of thoughts about my decision. It's been pretty difficult leaving the iPhone but I have to admit the Galaxy S24 Ultra is the best phone for me. And in this review, I will be giving an in depth explanation on my decision after 60 days.

I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. From 13 mini to Pixel 7. Man... Love being in android after so long. I'm free again.

The 13 mini is an amazing phone. That compact form. I have one and also a s23. I use the 13 mini as my main phone.
Huge Samsung Knight, but I regret never getting myself that iPhone 13 mini.

Just get whatever operating system you prefer. Both have pros and cons. Comes down to personal preference.

Switched from the iPhone 15 pro max to the fold 5. I was bored of iOS. And I'm loving it. There was a steep learning curve especially with typing as the form factor is unique. But once you get that down. The phone is brilliant. I'm already use to one ui as I had a note 20 ultra before the 14 and 15 pro max's
we use WhatsApp in Asia and basically everyone around the world except America...so messaging and video call is basically universal which ever phone you have

Nice video, as usual. My take; I use my S23 Ultra for content, social media, and browsing in general. My iPhone 14 Pro is my daily driver because it just works and the tracking of what my kids do and don't do. My Pixel 7 Pro is my main on the weekends 😂, so I'm enjoying life lol. Only upgrade insight is for the Pixel 9 Pro. The 14 Pro is a bit boring and the S23 Ultra is still riddled with bugs with the OS. Pixel is smooth ....

ive just orderd the 24 ultra myself from my current 12 pro max, i had samsung for years but hated the curved edges. Im in the apple ecosystem so im worried about the transition back to an android !
I have the sim in my s24 ultra right now. My 15 pro max is okay, but the esim only thing kills it for me, especially on T-mobile. Plus, deep down I have always been a galaxy note guy, and I realized that I prefer smaller iPhones when I do decide to use them. Will probably just use the iphone as a work phone that way it is not collecting dust.

Excellent video You know what I noticed my OnePlus 12 Android same ballpark is the front facing camera when I'm using my fingerprint scanner sometime if the camera is covered it won't pick up after I uncover the camera then the fingerprint will read it's like it's doing both at the same time 🤯🤯🤯🤯😳 that is well secured

S24 Ultra feels far faster than the iPhone 15 Pro Max
l've been lucky enough to compare those two phones After using the S24U far more over the last two weeks it's getting harder and harder to go back to the iPhone for work. One of the things I've noticed is that the S24U just feels so much faster. Probably has nothing to do with raw processing power but UI physics decisions. The S24U scrolls much faster in most apps, for example, app switching is much faster etc. It feels like finger gymnastics to scroll in Reddit on the 1 5 Pro Max. Anyone else seeing this? I also find the touchscreen to be more sensitive on the Samsung, plus the Samsung keyboard has fat better autocorrect than the iPhone, and Gboard is even better.

Three irreplaceable features on the Galaxy for me are the universal back gesture, the multitasking with 2 apps open at the same time and the ability to respond to a message directly on the notification (life saver!) while I do something else on the phone.
I switched from an iPhone 14 to a Motorola razr 2023, I'm not going back brother!

Only thing that keeps me on iPhone is the Apple Watch 2 Ultra... Ive got Galaxy Watch 7 but it feels inferior. Animations , haptics , UI lag when navigating and inaccurate heart rate tracking compareed to AW is a big deal breaker for me

Have you heard of Garmin. Unlike Apple, Samsung works with other Android watches. From what I hear Garmin a very good smart watch.
Love my samsung but always end up going back to iphone where apps are better optimised. Had bugs with UA-cam, Instagram and X on android.

Also did it and after 1 month I switched back to iPhone. Blurry pictures on moving objects is just a mess on S24 Ultra

I changed my phone from the pixel 6 pro to the iphone 15 pro max and im loving it. To be real i know IOS is more boring than android and the customization is not good compared to android but its a new change for me , i will change to android again when the s26 ultra releases since then i will be rocking with my iphone 😂

I’m currently using an iPhone 13 and I’ve had Android phones in the past. One major annoyance for me on iOS is it isn’t as smart as Android. Not as intuitive and I hate the iOS keyboard that can’t be changed and there’s zero smart auto correct. I miss little things like faster charging, seeing how long at the bottom it’ll take till my phone is fully charged, and seeing exactly how long it’ll be in hours/minutes when setting an alarm. Granted, I won’t be buying a $1,200 S24 Ultra when I switch back, but soon I will probably go back to Android again. It’s just way more freedom and androids are fully smart whereas iPhone is far behind. Btw, that was an awesome intro video and outro too, keep doing those.

@@naseemspeachI probably would’ve gotten an S24 but Samsung’s trade in values are atrocious. Legit, they only offer $200 on my iPhone 13 and granted it isn’t the latest and greatest but $200 is way too low. It was $599 from Apple brand new a few months ago.
@@T3CHGY007you can only do very limited changes on the default iOS keyboard. And if you go to settings and “add keyboard” it only allows you to change languages. On Android you can use the default keyboard from Samsung, Motorola,etc or you can switch to the Gboard keyboard. That might change in future updates but the default keyboard as it is now on iOS is trash compared to Android keyboards with full customization.
@@WildWest83 actually you can and totally be keyboards like Google keyboard, Swift key, GIF keyboard etc! This feature was added along time ago as an iOS update!
Goodlock in itself is a beast and even then you at 75% of full power
I'm an S23 Ultra user. Absolutely fabulous device until the 6.1 update. It has reduced the daily use by 15 to 20%. Used to get 2 days, now a day and a quarter.

@@naseemspeach So many things have more options and makes you feel like having a friend such as the alarm it shows you how many hours or minutes left you have and when it rings it rings softly and gradually not like what iPhone is doing 🤦🏻♂️ and so many other things that I don’t remember at this moment.

@naseemspeach That's on purpose. Apple makes sure if you don't have an Apple device it's not going to work well with their devices.
What about photoes and videos? Or heaphones for those who love music? Isn't iphone like far superior in those 3 aspects? Build quality and display is nice but for 90% of people what is the most important thing in phones?

Whatapp, signal, instagram, messenger, facebook. Who even uses iMessage? In Europe this is non existance, messages there are ignored because nobody pays attention to sms

Its crazy how i prefer my iPhone 15PM over my S24U. Every youtuber is the opposite. I was a former galaxy note power user for about a decade, then i went to iphone 12PM. Long story short i use my S24U for gaming and emulation mostly, and my iphone 15PM for everything, including gaming.

@@naseemspeach perfect but i have issue with charging speed so slow 65 watts 2.0 cable super fast charge takes 1:30 minutes to full 0-100% i think the last update made this issue !
@@DilovanKhalilYou need to make sure you have the fast charging cable for it otherwise you won't get the fast charging speeds just having the 45 watt brick is not enough.
EVERYTIME I try to switch to Android(Galaxy) I end up going back to iPhone…. I do get bored with Apple and want to switch just because I’m into tech… but at the end of the day, iOS is just WORKS better with everything

If you're concerned of charging speeds, you would not have gone Samsung let's be honest. Phones out there with faster wireless charging than Samsung wired charging, so that argument don't really stack up.
One massive reason also sits on your wrist and may well be the biggest reason why I will always have iPhone. The watch is above everything else. I switched to Samsung three times, but the watches of any Android phone don't even come close. My biggest reason.
Matter smart devices save Apple HomeKit on the iPhone 💯
