Thanks for the good video! Did you ever get the key feature to work? Does it read keys or transponder chips? Can I generate autel keys with it?

Hi, on computer i have not managed to get in working but with Autel Tablet IM508S it is working to read keys & transponders. Yes you can generate Autel Keys exactly like on KM100 device

Its hard to provide an answer, without details of the car. Only Audi does not help because and to many immo systems / generations.

XP400 AND XP400PRO don't work nice with system windows10 ,so try with windows7 and is greet to make you fine on all function , this video looks error on device when only have damage when you mistake using obd cable to it instead to jvc J2534

Unfortunately, you have reviewed very old software v1.00. The latest version from Autel is v2.80 with many fixes and many more features.

And when you download from oficial website you expect to get last version, not first. Second there no update notification or force update.

@@UnixCoDElectronics The software was available on their site. You chose the wrong download. You can see it in the list in your own video. It is two lines above the download you chose.
