Can you add those details too? Also, it would have been nice if you gave a detailed review for what all you had from Westley.
Westleys near palarivattom is the worst. Not sure how it came at 4th. Westleys near Panampilly Nagar is better. Tried main course and drinks (shakes/hot chocolate), it was watery and had no flavor.
Where is your next comparison? moreover you have been told that based on some criteria you have ranked. so you should explain the criteria for better understanding both the customers and cafe management. Customers for choose right cafe and managment can rectify the mistakes if any.
