Also that's not the problem at all. Barrel strength..that's a steel pipe. Recoil.. it's a 22.. if youre worried about recoil of 22, then guns aren't for you. And lastly, sound, the one problem you brought up worth mentioning at all. I agree with, "the sound problem" guns are loud sometimes, but why? And. And and wh- who- why what what indeed!
@ericsloan8761 You obviously know nothing about gun smithing. Steel alloys are not all alike. Gun barrels are made of specific steels for machining and then hardening and tempering. Just saying "steel" is meaningless. And any powder charged weapons have a recoil. The smaller it is, the less ergonimic it is and the lighter it - is the less controllable it is to aim and fire. Meaning, potentially more dangerous to fire. Even the famous Tompson light machine gun ('Tommy Gun'), was notoriously inaccurate. And last of all; in a crowded or urban setting, I'd want a suppressor to muffle the shot and disguise the firing position - imagine just walking down a street and finding yourself in a swarm of ANTIFA or BLM terrorists.
@@jordanburrill7182 well considering it's homemade I assume home Depot plumbing aisle is ur go-to. And last time I made a zip gun i used 3/8 pipe so it would fit 410 ammo and I used blackened steel, although galvanized would have been fine, as long as its hard enough, you could use lots of metals
@ericsloan8761 This are very mild (flexible), steel, to make working it and sealing connections easier. The galvanized steel is 'rigid conduit' for hazardous electrical curcuit running. Intended to be bent into electrical path routing. Neither is intended to take any amount of serious pressure. Be forewarned.
