Hi. Pls for a family of 4 or 5 for example, is the addition of their photo size be lower than 240kb or only each person's photo should be less than 240kb and their addition can be more than 240kb. I mean if the addition of 5 family member photo size is more than 240kb, like 330kb for example, will that qualify? Thanks
I used foto checker from Google but when I try to check in DV lottery website It shows me that foto is not accepted My question is now what should I do Of I accept the foto checker or website I am little bit confused
Thanks for another educative video though the photo checker is telling mi that my head is bigger than 69

The photo tool on the travel.state.gov is for cropping or editing photos only. Go back and read down that photo tool again and you will see.
Please can you help me with this picture?

Same problem did you solved??

My photo is saying it's overly compresssed I should use ratio of less 1:20
make sure you raise up your head when taking the picture. Also send the picture to Photo example to it to crop it for you.
The rules says no background alterations does it mean you should retouch the background, you should use the normal background as you took the picture?
And what it means when it says photo does not need cropping
