I was diagnosed with hairy cell leukemia November 21 2022 and I will be doing chemotherapy tomorrow December 19 2022. My annual check up caught the low red white blood cell count along with the low platelet count. I had zero symptoms. If it wasn’t for my annual check up I wouldn’t have noticed it until I was in later stages. Wishing you the best. It’s nuts to live as healthy as you can and then this.
I was diagnosed with HCL last February of this year. I did the chemo and went through a pretty rough time due to side effects, but six months later and I'm back to my normal routine. Hoping the best for you!
They sure didn't tell you in a very kind or sympathetic way. My husband was diagnosed 3 years ago. He hasn't had to have treatments yet. We have been keeping us blood levels up with diet and supplements so far, but they are starting to drop. I want to know what the side effects of the cladrebine treatment is but no one wants to say. 🤥

I hope you're OK, its draining but you can fight through this
This sounds just like me...hit a 355kg squat and was like, no way in hell I could do that with cancer...meanwhile I get gassed walking for 2 minutes.

@@natelindsey7778 Thank you!
What were the side effects? My husband has this and the doc said there are no side effects. I know he is lying. I want the truth.
