This person is definitely on par with my skill level as a ice cream roller. (training for 3 days now) Though he does aaa very nice job and probably better than most people at cutting down the main products, (oreos&strawberries) and mixing them thoroughly. Also if you guys hadn’t noticed, he has a more different way of cutting Oreos unlike other people, such as holding it horizontally whilst chopping it, and not vertically like most people do. I personally would try to implement that. I thought he was really good and perfect till he started rolling the ice cream. He has the same problem as me. I can’t roll ice cream for shit, even when I time the rolling with the break (defroster) to loosen up the sheet of ice cream spread and roll it. It just cracks mid-way through. He’s most definitely newer to what ever ice cream branch he works at, but very good worker.
