Big Stretch caulking is the best one to cover the big holes. Other, smaller ones, you can use the regular caulk, but you may have to use the tool to push it in and wipe off any excess.
It's too bad Google recommended this video. This sealant application is not good. The removal of existing sealant is incomplete. And the application of new sealant is way too thick. Most sealants, such as OSI, do not recommend tooling the caulk/sealant bead. And you should just be applying about a 3/8ths of an inch bead of sealant. The bead shown in this video is easily 1" or more, again, way too much.
