Got thiss keyboard as my first mod keyboard, switched out switches and ill prob add foam and tape to it eventually but loving how it is now which just the switches different
Would a $125 (discounted) fully assembled Q1 version 1 (without knob) a better choice compared to the V1? Worth the $40 extra to get Q1 for a first timer to custom keyboars? Owned a K2 and K3 What is better on V1 other than the price?
I would imagine this board will be pretty successful, but I also struggle to figure out where they could possibly make a profit on this. I would also love to see more of these, if they do a V5 96% I would get one in an instant
Hope you got the one with good stabalizers mine sucked when i got the board I did however mod it and now it sounds ok but not good i cant get it to be good
I think the Keychron V1 has a very nice keystroke sound. I'm thinking of purchasing V1 or V3, so I would like you to release a video of "Keychron V3 Typing Sound Test".
@@thekrakozhian392 nah i didn't get it, but i know the brown switches sound really good from alot of videos tho. i might buy in the future if my mom lets me lol
For the price, you can grab a *reallllly* nice set of caps and still come out way cheaper than you would with a keyboard that offers similar features and user experience!
Hi Keychron. If you read this, i think we are a lot who whould love to see the USB output/input on the right side and not on the left side on the keyboard. I have never seen anyone who have there PC on the left side, because of the sidepanel.. (: Merry xmas.
(Right-handed) gamers, or just active mouse users, often have the board rotated inwards, for a more natural typing angle. Left-side cable then takes the shortest route, and doesn't span across your table. It makes sense to have it on the left.

The Keychron K series is wireless, but I don't think it sounds the same as this since it's older. Keychron seems to make really good revisions as time flies by.
@@XGamin1 the k8 pro sounds different from the v1 only because the k8 pro comes with gateron g pro switches and the v1 comes with keychron k pro switches. Otherwise they're identical apart from the size and the wireless connectivity on the k8 pro
@@moosethefam Ah, okay. Lemme check to see if there's silicone dampening on the K8 Pro though. People have actually thought that the V1 sounded better than the Q1 (when it first came out) because it wasn't so hollow and tinny.

Is the recording volume standardised between the three segments? Somehow, the blue sounds quieter than the brown, which seems unexpected.

実際に使いましたが、もっと静かです。
I actually used it and it is much quieter.
I didnt know your switches sound that good…
The fact that UK ISO is not available in the UK is weird. Still nice board though!
Space bar sound slightly odd, but other than that, I’d give it a 10 for it’s price!
sounds kind of hollow, but it can be avoided by swapping out he keycaps or doing some weird DIY shit and filling out the space bar with something

It sounds a bit higher pitch than K8 Pro though they said the housing material, switches and the foams are the same.

The brown switches are the best sounding switches. Like extremely good but I don't like the bump which is a bummer.

No doubt im getting this
do you think this keyboard can clack?

to get that thock effect do i need red or brown switches ?
Red better

what’s the difference between keychron v1 and q1 v2? (both with a knob version btw)
Q1 is aluminum case and gasket mount.
V1 is acrylic and tray mount.

brown is just red but louder lol
Is this hot swap??
yes
Well. It can be modded. Thank goodness. Unless you like the sound. That high pitch rattle is why I got into customs in the first place.
The brown switches imo are more poppy, and the reds sound like plastic lmao.

IMO Browns sound good on the Spacebar, Reds on the rest of the keys.
Maybe on some larger keys the Browns also sound a bit better (deeper).
