I have another tip for you. In the free mods sectionyou can find signs that say government property. Load them into your game and then purchase some and place them at the corners and/or edges of your property. The more you have = the faster you make money. I currently have $99,841,758. it's a ton of fun being able to afford all the coolest stuff in the game. That why i try to share this tip with people. Just if you don't mind, pass it on.

Just go to the Mod Section in the Main Menue at the PS 4 and go to Buildings/Placables, it's called "Goverment Subsidy". Place some of them and set the time as fast as possible. Wait some Minutes and you are a Millionaire.
