Only rarely do you get to see a battle between two experienced and successful wrestlers like this. This was the 3rd place match in the 2022 Illinois state championship which means you are looking at two of the four best 106-pound wrestlers in the entire state of Illinois. Drew Sadler went 109-10 during his freshman and sophomore school seasons, finishing 3rd in the state both years. Dylan Eimer was also a state medalist twice with a 36-5 school record and won first place at the 2023 AAU state championship. You'll be hearing a lot from these two guys over the next two high school seasons, and they'll probably be meeting again...most likely late in the main bracket. Great job all season, guys. And, thanks, Nima, yet again, for all you do for the sport, bringing your video skills to mat-side with such proximity and clarity. I know that you wrestled and that you still officiate, and your experience shows in your video work and interviews. You provide people with a better understanding of this amazingly complex sport, and you allow people to sense the strain and effort it takes to earn a spot on a wrestling mat, win or lose.
Eimer was a better wrestler than the score suggests. And on another note, even the abs were visible thru their singlet. Oh to be 16 again, with a strong body!
It’s funny how he literally set down on his head, and he gets up laughing, then he gets a little payback, these two were all over each other it was a good matchup
nooooo

@@newgennewplanno they have extremely lean toned bodies especially Eimer
