  • Possibly the first step in returning to Olympic-style shooting, done with none other than the W&W Wiawis Nano Max, one of the most popular risers in the market.

    Thanks for your videos. You've gotten me to pull out my old Pearson recurve and put it to use.

    Good to see you back with enthusiasm squire! And a beautiful bow too. Would actually really like to see you do a review of the mybo elite riser with the mybo carbon limbs. Up and coming British lot as I'm sure you know

    I've been shooting with SF and looking for the next upgrade. I would really appreciate if you can do a comparison between Nano Max and TFT. Keep them side by side and go over the differences and what that will factor into.

    Interesting what you said about the grip. I found it was too low an angle for it to position my hand correctly.

    Will you please give a review of Win&Win Inno AXT?
    It's much needed...

    Nu can you do a detailed explanation on string walking??

    Any Wiawis Nano Max shooters notice a lot of noise in the shot? The feel is very dead, but the sound is very loud to me. Tried a wide range of BHs and tiller. Took slow mo video and the string vibrates for a long time after the shot, but no limb flutter to see. Not sure where the noise could be coming from. Everything is tightened down well. Using XS2 string material.

    You know, W&W must love the shit out of you XD
    Still, great video mate. I'm looking to get into archery myself once I have lost some weight. Seeing someone so passionate about the sport is really inspiring.

      Why are you waiting to lose weight to start archery? If anything, it's still a sport that's going to build muscles and get you out of a chair, so unless you're mobility-impaired you might as well start now.
      Btw, I'm 6'-2" and about 410 lbs, so I know a thing or two about being heavy. Doesn't stop me from getting out to the range at least once a week and shooting for two or three hours.

    Did win win finally hit you up or did you buy it? If you did get sponsored, congrats you deserve it and you are doing a great service for the archery community and I loved seeing your smile through the video. Keep it up good work!

    Is the grip not the same #4 grip from the CXT?

    which one would you suggest for barebow (besides a barebow specifi riser ofc :p) nano max or nano tft? I know myself, eventho i`m drooling for oly archery i will end up getting lazy with too many gadgets and shooting it barebow most of the time lol.

    • @NUSensei
      @NUSensei  6 років тому

      I don't have a specific recommendation of one over the other for barebow.

    If you had to choose between the nano max and the nano tft, keeping all other things constant, which one would you go for?

    • @NUSensei
      @NUSensei  7 років тому +1

      Tough question. For me, the TFT feels like a better performer, but I lean towards the Nano Max because of its shape and feel.

    Nusensei, can you take off the grip and check if it is really made of wood? Because when I replaced the original grip with a custom grip, the original grip was actually a plastic grip with a wood paint job. I don't know if this is different in your case. Thanks!

    • @GARBAGE3995

      John Tam it's not wood, it's just wood texture.

      Mine seems to be wood having accidently shaved little bits off of it when I was reshaping the milliput I'd put on it

    • @GARBAGE3995
      @GARBAGE3995 7 років тому

      Spaghetti Badger it's definitely not wood, it just appears to be. If you take the grip off your can see the inside. It is definitely a form of plastic

    About those limbs. I have shot EX Primes, EX Powers and now Wiawis One woods. I expected the Ones to be pretty much like EXs with new graphics, but they aren't. The Ones are much smoother than EXs and I'm pretty sure they give more fps also. That said, the EXs are still excellent limbs and I wouldn't upgrade them just for the sake of upgrading.

    ooh another win&win bow review - that's not fair, why don't you do a hoyt review and tell us they are the very bestest ever made

  • @alz2698
    @alz2698 4 роки тому

    Sorry i had to stop watching this video after 9.20, this is not a fair review ill hold off on this one untill i hear the same opinion from someone who doesnt use w&w all their archery life especially with all the bells and whistles attatched, Its like me mounting my weapon like in the film the jackel with motorised mount and connected to a laptop for scope zoom and target control then reviewing it as the best and most accurate rifle in the world, well ofcourse it would be in that senario. Still love your reviews just not anything from w&w, your perfectly adapted to these bows and good on ya, your using something that feels like an extension of your arm. Id never review my rifle to anyone id just be telling how good i am with my rifle and set up, id get complaints about weight among other things and then get told i know nothing of rifles by someone who really dont know sht about guns. i like all your other reviews keep them coming. i do value your opinions and i know its helping many people from bad purchases and guiding them in a more sensible direction.
