Customised audio tuning is cherry on top of the cake because lots of people suffer from hearing sound much heavier on the left than right buds as per human sensitive hearing sense research.

@@Mojemoye you dont need transparency mode, I am using these for about a week now and ANC and normal mode are enough, these earbuds allow almost all the outside sound in normal mode since the passive noise cancelation isnt strong, transparency mode just boosts the outside noise which isnt needed, but yes, its there and works well.

Bro please help .. so I just got realme q2 but and I link it with the realme link app on my redmi k20 pro everything went well I paid the device I paid other words with my phone the music is also good no problem but the problem came when I try to see the options on the interface available the buttons are visible but there is no information available on the interface is like this the icons and no letters no information for example the icons for ANC transfer in c and normal mode the buttons are given but no text so I don't have any idea of what button is of what description
