      Try "GIMP" which is free editing software like Photoshop. I don't really know if it is any good but its totally free!

    Why res at 72 instead of 300? I see people use either/or... difference?

      You can make the res 300 but let's remember. You are making a thumbnail that is SO small there's really not much point in my opinion. Thanks for the great question! 🙂
