I think the speed does also affect the CPUs since they have so much less time to process their inputs that they also have a hard time driving

To those interested: The speed multiplier is calculated by 2 + completed races/20. Meaning after all 96 races it'd be 6.8. Which is a shame; it'd be *nice* if there were 98 races.

Honestly, if you set the game's playback rate to over 1, it's delta doesn't divide to the playback rate and that results in choppy gameplay.
Also, in 17:58, the cars stop moving at ridiculous playback rates because of how they function
