Also - for someone to accept that to deliver it - he must have had a pretty enticing tip as well - because if it was just $5 they'd reject it if it added that much time. As a driver, time is money and if it takes too long for too low of a price, most drivers will decline. So he probably already had a decent tip on there and then gave her an extra $200.
Really glad that he came up with a clever way to tip the driver well, probably went from a nightmare delivery to making the driver’s night

@@The_Fire_RadishSorry, but yes it does mean burned. For hamburger, well done just means fully cooked. For bread products like pizza crust, it DOES mean burned. Depending on the style of pizza, that burning will take on different forms. Neapolitan style goes for a "leopard spot" crust with blackened spots from a higher cooking heat causing uneven burning. For New York style (what you saw get delivered here) it merely specifies cooking for a certain amount of time at a certain temperature that varies by chain, but it IS a process of carefully burning the crust with varying levels of blackening depending on the time and heat used by a given chain.
Obviously, I'm using "burned" in a ridiculing sense because I don't like the flavor and texture that level of burning imparts, but it IS intentional burning specifically because people desire the flavor that burning imparts.
We do the same in a lot of dishes. Burning changes the chemical composition, and thus the flavor and texture. We give it nice sounding names like "well done" or "toasted" because "burned" makes us think of overcooked food, but it's still burning. You could have some right to complain about me not making that cultural distinction if I were trying to sell you something that you wanted carelessly burned rather than carefully burned, or if I were twisting your words, but I'm clearly using the literalism to make a point here. You don't get to complain about other people using words correctly just because it's not the specific viewpoint you happen to have on those words.

This is one of the most “out-there” ideas for a challenge.
Props to The Furthest Pizza Place. Not only did they prepare that entire order, the driver got a $200 tip.
Imagine this. But, every 5 times you lose, you have to order another pizza of chat's choosing and eat it. (If you're allergic to specific toppings, those can be banned).
His stomach would probably explode, and he would die. Or, if he survived, he would be broke.

Meanwhile, when I lived in the 3rd-largest city of my entire country, and would order a 2-topping pizza cooked the normal amount from a pizzeria literally 5 minutes from my apartment by car -- it would still take (at least) an hour for delivery...
Yeah, when I was in college I lived basically just south of downtown in a major city and I don't think I ever got a delivery in less than half an hour
