Great playthrough of one of my top games. Think you have the best one going here next to Ricky! I love all the options the game offers. You've taken such a different path from what I would have done, and I love seeing it working out so well.
One quick note and not necessarily a rules correction. I saw you did this after day 2 also, but you are not required to move a banner to your discard pile at the end of a round. It may stay with that unit until the unit is disbanded. Of course what you did is also completely correct and is a strategic decision. Keep up the great work!

I would attack Volkare if I were you. Assuming you have enough mana/crystal to power up anything you want, you can generate 19 ranged/siege (the catapults and sorcerers, expose, swiftness, fire bolt, and the +3 from Will focus) to take out 2 (or maybe 3) of the nastiest enemies. You can then block 1-2 of the survivors with fire wall and determination, and use the banner of fear on a third. That leaves you with the fire wall attack, a Rage and the Altem Mages coldfire attack (boosted to 9 hopefully) to take out most of the blocked enemies.
Not knowing what Volkare's got, I'd expect he'll survive the attack with 1-2 units remaining.
On 14:58, why did you add a green and red crystal? Were those the ones from Firebolt and Crystal Joy, or did you accidentally add the green/red mana from the skills as crystals?

I would attack. If you end up not winning you can retreat to the city and finish off whatever remains when he attacks you. If you wait for his attack, if you don't survive he takes the city. Surprisingly safest move is attack him.

I think you added 2 tokens as crystals when you used your 2 skills during your last turn in the night
Actually those 2 crystals come from Crystal joy and Fire Ball I played a moment ago. I was just showing you all the crystals I created that turn. Hope that makes sense!

I didn't catch this in the other parts, but the indecisive units must be marked with a _basic_ mana color, so gold and black shouldn't be legal. The black token marking the indecisive mobs should probably be changed to red, green, blue, or white.
Hmmm not really sure it matters though, there is one color on each side of the die right?
I was reading the rulebook as I watched your playthrough and saw that note. When I wrote that, I had thought Volkare's dice was from source so it might have mattered a little bit. That was a misunderstanding on my part though, so no I don't think it matters. My bad!
In fact, the manual actually says:
"Take that many crystals of different basic colors from the bank _(actual colors do not matter)."_

I think you missed adding one fame, with the two from the dragon that’s three. You only move two on the track. Could you spread the cards so we can read the text on the cards?
We might be getting Fame and reputation mixed up? I moved up 10 on the fame track due to the Banner of Fear and the High Dragon. Then I moved up 2 times on the reputation track as that is the benefit for defeating a Draconum. Right?

The White one Yes! That is a benefit of owning that one! 😁
I think you needed to have 11 cards in your starting hand, 6 to start, +3 for each keep you got and +2 for the city. not 9
Nope you only take the higher benefit not both of the benefits, so nine it is! Sorry about that!
These effects do not stack. You have to chose if you want to hand limit boots from city OR from keeps.
