There’s 3 reasons i priced like I did. 1. It was Half a roof wash 2.if you listen and get a feel for your customers you can tell customers that are willing to spend from the ones that won’t. 3.half day job and still in good profit on the job for the $750
Hey Jeff you haven't that situation like a pro as far as you charging $500 for the roof I think that was a good price those rules are very dangerous to be on as you said in your video

Man not to come off wrong. But i would raise your prices. 550 for a roof wash that size is pretty cheap. And 200 for the driveway and clay stains for is also really cheap .

I believe you are putting out some good, valuable content On UA-cam? for a lot of the new Fresh beginning exterior cleaning companies I, really? understand that sometimes it's hard to close customers in certain locate. But I do believe the way you Presented out your presentation, With confidence I feel you. Really do believe in your company. We are here to help our customers. And you just did a fantastic job. I felt as you explain the process. Up each service that you're company was going to provide. And letting the customer know you are insured, and that you are professional. I feel that. You could have sold that Roof washing for $850 And the house wash $ 475. 00 ❤ Just want to Put my thoughts out there for another brother. As a professional Exterior cleaning business Don't take none of this in the wrong way. I watch a lot of other companies. But I've never seen companies have passion when explaining the processes. Great job, Jeff, keep up the good work. And you'll be the next million dollar company washon brother

This is a half day project for us. We will do one or 2 more jobs on the same day. Some customers would of been fine paying $900 or $1000 but he was not going to be one of them. Have to get a feel for the customer. I’ll take the $750 over 0 dollars from this customer

@@carissamoore7027 this is my second year pressure washing, i started my landscaping and tree service first. Started very small with just a truck and idea and have been learning and growing ever since. I start very small pressure washing. I bought a 4gpm Honda and a x jet and loaded it in out of my truck by hand for the first six months until I made enough money to buy the enclosed trailer. Now have been building my buisness and trailer ever since. I’m 24 and have 4 full time awesome guys on my crew/team. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask👍🏻
@@jeffreygraydam hats off to you brother I'm starting off on the non llc type with just a 3200psi 2.5gpm machine. Going to do driveways/ walkways first then move up. Also offer lawn cutting and trash bin cleaning. I start this Saturday 🤞

I think you were a little light on your price 700 for the roof alone and 300 for that drive and walk and I would have thrown in the clay removal
