1st question: Could you please tell us the timing of the water and meals and the fruits and meals? I've heard that you should not drink water with a meal to not cut down the digestive enzymes- but I do get thirst and want water-or else I'm just not used to this. 2nd question: when to eat fruit? I've heard to not have for dessert, but at least 45 min before meal. 3rd question: regarding fruits-can I eat nuts with my fruit, or nut butter, or will this also mess up the digestion of fruit? I thought the proteins and fibers with banana, apple for example, will help slow digestion and give slower sugar surge to blood. 4th- Thank You so much for your videos and personal applications!!!
Cindy, great questions! Here are my thoughts: 1. I drink water whenever I'm thirsty, and usually, I'm not thirsty while eating (unless the food is super dry). By the way, one of the issues we face is that sometimes we eat when we are actually thirsty, not hungry. So, staying well hydrated is critical! 2. The best time for me to eat fruits is between meals, usually around 1 or 2 pm. Occasionally, I might have a fruit around 6 pm if I'm really hungry. 3. My take is that it's totally fine. But again, it goes back to the point: is it an afternoon snack or a full-blown dinner? If it's a snack, it should be as light as possible. 4. You're welcome! Happy to help!
You have a lot of good ideas!
Thank you! 😊

Андрюха, почему не на русском ? Что за раболепие перед чужими ?
Андрей, нет, best practice adoption. Ты под каждым видео будешь писать почему не на русском :)
А слабо Вам изложить свою мысль на английском ?
Thanks!
