This was a really excellent video and I thank you very much for it. Congratulations on your success and your wonderful family! I hope you will continue making videos in the future especially regarding insulin and blood sugar issues. Have you ever taken a fasting insulin test? Do you think all the muscle mass you're adding is helping make you more insulin sensitive and reduce blood sugar spikes?
@PracticalHealthNow it's almost been a month. Yes it is quite low. Tbh I'm not sure if MyFitnessPal is right abt it. But it's what the trainer at my gym told me to follow.
Молодец ! Какой же ты настойчивый ! Хвалю. Well done! How persistent you are! I praise you.
Thank you, I am doing my best 😊
I loved swimming as a kid, and love it as an adult ❤
Swimming is awesome. I feel that I just overswam in my childhood :)

Thank you! Yes, I have a lot of plans for new blood sugar testing videos. So far, I haven’t tested my fasting insulin, but it's on my to-do list :)
💜
Thank you, Rajesh!
The easiest way for me to lose weight is to just lower my daily allowance of carbs.
That's it? It's cool, and super simple.
Its almost been 2 weeks since I started the gym. Currently, I'm on a caloric deficit, and I've lost 5 lbs. I also stopped esting rice at dinner.
That's awesome, congratulations! How big is your caloric deficit? Do you track through apps?
@PracticalHealthNow I can't exceed 1300kcal a day. I go to the gym 1 or 2 hours 5 days a week. Leg Day is my fave.
@@mikawaii_og Wow! 1,300 is quite low. And how long have you stayed in this mode?
