Tupac was the most versatile rapper ever. He could make love songs, conscious songs, hardcore songs, diss songs,... His range was amazing, that's one of the reasons why he'll always be the best rapper and my favorite artist ever.
Do the 2Pac "Dear Mama" music video next. His mother Afeni Shakur (famous Black Panther) is in the video too. But, just be prepared. You're going to cry. Not maybe, not possibly.. you WILL cry. But it's cool bc we'll all get thru it together
Check out "keep ya head up" and "so many tearz". Growing up listening to him got me through alot so many tuff times. He genuinely cared about the community...so far ahead of his time.
Tupac has so many good songs. Can't believe your now just listening to him but I'll be here through this journey with you. Saludos hermosa desde Mexico ✌🏽
It's sad that we lost such an influence like him he wasn't a rapper he was a poet he spoke about real s*** his music was real he was truly one of a kind and one of the greatest and he was taken way too soon at the age of 25 ❤️🙏rip 2pac
Luv hearing the GOAT Tupac Shakur... much love from a Aboriginal woman from Perth Western Australia Australia ❤🦘🦘 He wrote this song after reading a article in the New York Times about a young black girl ..true story ❤❤
I'm currently also discovering 2Pac songs. I would highly suggest you to react to "Changes", emotionally his most powerful song that straight down touches your soul. From the 90s West Coast Hip-hop scene, I'd also suggest N.W.A. Looking beautiful as always. Keep it up, I subscribed:)
2pac and many rappers of that time were addressing real issues at that time. This messaging is missing so much in rap today. I just subscribed to your channel 👍🏾 ❤
R.I.P. Tupac Amaru Shakur. What made 2pac different was his cultural upbringing. His mom and auntie were active high ranking "Black Panther Party" members; So he was raised around African knowledge of self and the street life, that combination of two lifestyles are what made him unique.
I know everyones requested a song from 2Pac on your videos.. but straight up you HAVE to do 'Holla At Me'. Its one of 2Pacs very few subliminal diss tracks aimed at a former close friend of his named Stretch who 2Pac claims helped set him up in the 94' quad shootings. 2Pac has over 700+ tracks.. but this is the only song I find myself listening to every week if you've ever felt betrayed by someone close to you before. 💯
some 2pac song suggestions Keep Ya Head Up, Dear Momma, Letter 2 my Unborn Child, Toss it Up, Bury Me A G, Ghetto Gospel, Changes, Me Against The World, Thugz Mansion ft Anthony Hamilton
2Pac has become that legend who gets passed down from word of mouth to the subsequent generations. "Game, when applied, help me survive several centuries". He spoke it into existence.
Truth about that song is it was in Brooklyn or Baltimore HE HAD SEEN A STORY IN THE PAPER ABOUT A 13 - 14YR OLD WHO THREW HER BABY IN A TRASH CAN SO SCARED DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO & HE IMMEDIATELY WROTE THE SONG that mskes it much more deeper
@bdoubleu6 Actually he dated the west coast rapper YO-YO who daughter looks EXACTLY like 2pac....she always down plays it...But people close says that's his child....
IM SOOO GLAD YOU REACTED TO THIS HIP HOP CLASSIC SONG 🎵🎵🎵 YOU BEAUTIFUL FINE LADY ♥️ AND TUPAC IS THE KING OF RAP PERIOD THIS SONG SHOWS HOW TUPAC CAN TOUCH YOUR HEART AND YOUR SPIRIT THROUGH STORY TELL A AWS6 POWERFUL SAD SONG THO
Saw your reaction pop up, instant click. Now you're starting to see why so many people loved 2Pac. 24 when he died with the wisdom and intelligence of an old man. Put "Changes" by him on your list to react. It has an upbeat tempo and his message is on point.
Same shit in the 90s when I was a kid, 97% of the 2Pac I heard on the radio or MTV was California Love…well, at least until they released “Changes” post-mortem
2 pac was the very first artist i listern to when i was young he sang about the struggle in the hood the life and the opration of african americans he was the movement just like bob marley for ever be the King Of HipHop
I was waiting for you to react to this one. It’s based on a true story because 2Pac read a similar story in the newspaper and felt so bad and helpless about it. He wanted to write a song about it. To show that things like this really do happen. And it also shows how genius he was to be able to write such a powerful song at such a young age.
I love that u were feeling so grateful 🙏 for life. That was 2pacs saddest song fosho. Do "keep ya head up" thats a song that's empowering especially for a woman. Or "dear mama" his sweetest song 🥲 either way NOBODY makes music with so much heart like 2pac
Nice reaction Pac is the G.O.A.T he was 19 when he wrote this while doing the movie Juice after reading about it in the paper. React to Tupac UNCONDITIONAL LOVE NEVER CALL YOU B!TCH AGAIN ft TYRESE I AINT MAD AT CHA (VIDEO) HAPPY HOME KEEP YOUR HEAD UP (VIDEO)
Tupac was so ahead of his time He telling things that's going on in today's society keep your head up. It's my favorite song next to this one. This one was based on a true story too love the video Mia stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
Pac was a poet. That's how he got signed to be a rapper. The way Jada Pickett speaks of him in high regards even tho they didn't date at all when they knew each other displays his greatness and influence on ppl.
This stuff was real especially growing up in the 90’s if you’re older like me. You would see young girls every now and then pushing carriages at the train and bus stops. Youngest I’ve seen was when I was in 6th grade and she was probably 11 or 12 back then pregnant by a 20 plus year old man. But you gotta listen though, because aside from party music, songs like this was on the radio too. Imagine if you had that today. But I recommend I Ain’t Mad At Ya, California Love, Do For Love, Temptations, and a personal favorite is Dear Mama.
@Bleek17Six Indee bro keep ya head up and hold ya head are two great suggestions. I feel a lot of people kind of sleep on Hold ya head that is another one of Pac's great conscious, heartfelt & struggling songs. Plus Dear Mama, Uncondional love, Heaven ain't hard 2 find, I aint mad at cha, Troublesome 96, How do u want it, Smile, Blasphemy, Just Like Daddy, Bomb First, Strarin Through my rearview, you know with Pac's hits of great classic songs you can go, on & on & on & on.
You have a new subscriber here. Tupac was everything to me when i was younger. Still is. If you want happier sounds I'd say To Live and Die in LA is one of my favorites. California love was in the clubs. Keep ya head up and I Ain't Mad at Cha were slower but good.. Oh Hail Mary is still a song a song i sing in my head and Changes was nominated for a Grammy after he had passed away. Hope that helps
Mia...take this coming from a female fan of Tupac from Oakland and was there since 1988 when he was running the streets of Oakland with Richie Rich and Ray-Luv..Watch the video "Temptations," and you will see why he was seen as the complete superstar he was ascending to. His sex appeal and his ability to speak to women of all walks are just a small portion of what his music was and is. Pac music was spiritual.
He was filming his first big movie role as Bishop in Juice when he wrote this song. He said the story wasn’t gettin talked about enough so he decided to make a song about it
Next song after this has to be dear mama ..... Songs to definitely react to: Me against the world Trapped I ain't mad at U Changes So many tears Hail Mary Hit em Up Picture me Rollin To live and die in La California Love.... Will give all sides of 2pac
I remember on A 2pac video they ask Bizzy Bone WHAT'S YUR FAVORITE PAC SONG HE SAID THATS TUFF so much stuff BUT HE SAID IT WOULD HAVE TO BE BRENDA'S GOTTA BABY
Good reaction! Even though it’s dark and sad, it shows how incredibly versatile Pac was as an artist. This was based on a true story he read in a newspaper, that he turned into a storytelling song, and rapped it so simple that it was easy to understand for the listeners. Not a lot of rappers can put together and deliver a song like as if you’re listening to a story on a ebook. And this was in the beginning of career. His second single as a solo artist. Who does that nowadays? Today “rappers” talk about a** and t*ts in order to get famous. It’s a shame what hip hop has come to. Pac was a different beast, extremely versatile and always dropped gems and a message in his songs. He’s the greatest by far.
hi there Mia I'm a new subscriber I just want to say your absolutely gorgeous & I enjoy watching your reactions to my favorite rapper 2 Pac -aka- Makaveli the Don just so you know why 2Pac made Brenda's got a baby he read the story in the news paper & he was saddend & moved by her story he said each day & week the story got smaller and vanished so he felt that he had to tell Brenda's story for the world to know he really cared & had a heart like none other RIP to 2Pac the GOAT 🐐 legends never die 🙏 🕊 oh the next song you should react to should be "So Many Tears"
I see you just found out about 2pac, you're in for a treat. And yea he has a lot songs that speak about real things which is why so many people love him. Here is some songs you should make a video of: I aint mad at cha, changes, life goes on,Part Time Mutha, keep ya head up, papaz song, I will keep it short since there is too many. Also there are some interviews and speeches that I am sure you would love: Indiana Black Expo 1993 speech, Malcolm X Grassroots Movement 1992 speech, and if you put interviews you will see several.
I’ve been a Pac fan since Digital Underground back in ‘91 & no he didn’t have kids but he did had love for them that’s why it was a tremendous loss on us that we done lost an incredible legend too soon back in ‘96!
Tupac was the most versatile rapper ever. He could make love songs, conscious songs, hardcore songs, diss songs,... His range was amazing, that's one of the reasons why he'll always be the best rapper and my favorite artist ever.
AGREED
Exactly. Nobody comes close in that aspect, possibly with the exception of Eminem.
Do the 2Pac "Dear Mama" music video next. His mother Afeni Shakur (famous Black Panther) is in the video too. But, just be prepared. You're going to cry. Not maybe, not possibly.. you WILL cry. But it's cool bc we'll all get thru it together
