Me and My Friend always have this argument pf which one is better ??
*"A Paced Drop Shot so it touches the ground faster"* (Si Wei, Jun Hui, Chris, Ellis)
    Or
*"A slow but short Drop shot so it forced the opponent to either dive or returned it Awkwardly"* (Yuta, Gideon, Ahsan, Hendra)

In a professional setting, the slower paced drop shot is more beneficial because overall the pace of the game is fast and a lil change of pace can caught you off guard

Spare me the details. But what i have learnt is that. In order to drop shot like watanabe you need to have a strong smash. Like him obvious.

@@vilazhuangami8072 exactly. Impression value there it is. Opponents in defense have to stay in back court for his disguised drop to work

@@vilazhuangami8072 What makes him exceptional is he perfected his disguised dropshot. Its posture is very identical to his smash.

Yea the stronger your smash the more the ones on defense are bracing for a strong smash which in turn makes them react slower when a disguised drop like that works it’s magic
