I like to add my saltfish before the vegetables so it can get a little time to brown and get a nice crispy color but this came out lovely thank you Morris for sharing this with us❤️❤️

I have to try this one. My mum does everything the same, but uses tofu or eggs,baked beans with a side of plantain and some bread or fritters. It looks so good with the saltfish though.
