      What is wrong with this chair people they are always playing the employee after all . the mentality has become is to always blame the employee because that's what they used to do inside the company na is there habit to do that even they are not inside the company there are 1000 or problem with the manager senior manager d company but after all they are going there wasn't a problem with the manager senior manager heyd company but after all they are going to blame the employee

      Not unaware, but Ig they don't have that self confidence. Or have some kinds of benefits that don't make them leave that place

    In some way i can say that I opted to stay here very well knowing the job environment exacerbates my OCD and Depression Symptoms(Whenever i shared about my Pathetic Condition to my Parents,they threaten me ,what you will you do when you leave this job) ...Since i am Struggling with medication since 2021...After Introspection ...i came to know that "i am building my nest around this cocoon ...thinking what if landed in a more toxic work place....Any way i need to work from the beginning searching where my passion is......

      Their syllabus was very easy so their basic are weak
      The new generation doesn't respect seniors
      Not serious about work since parents have huge wealth so they aren't dependent on work
      This is my observation

    Mam I have a question does companies like tcs really seek feedback from previous employer supervisor as he is not all in good terms with me after i resigned from the company or its just the employment history they check with hr?
    Bcz my people lead is kind of targetting me during notice and asking me to work during weekends during notice period and had to have some verbal fight with him as was constantly targetting me on personal grounds, iam just worried about this part apart from this iam good with all the documentation, so pls confirm me on the same?

    Very insightful Video , i have a question for you , you have mentioned if you are skilled and good at your job you will face less toxicity. My situation is is because I am very good at what i do, very skilled my work that is why I am facing toxicity of highest level due to Boss - he is highly insecure and has every quality that any human being should not have
    Could you please share your insight on this
