This Video was a real eye opener for me..............Thanks Maam 🙂 In some way i can say that I opted to stay here very well knowing the job environment exacerbates my OCD and Depression Symptoms(Whenever i shared about my Pathetic Condition to my Parents,they threaten me ,what you will you do when you leave this job) ...Since i am Struggling with medication since 2021...After Introspection ...i came to know that "i am building my nest around this cocoon ...thinking what if landed in a more toxic work place....Any way i need to work from the beginning searching where my passion is...... Once again thanks for the insights.

Their syllabus was very easy so their basic are weak The new generation doesn't respect seniors Not serious about work since parents have huge wealth so they aren't dependent on work This is my observation

Bcz my people lead is kind of targetting me during notice and asking me to work during weekends during notice period and had to have some verbal fight with him as was constantly targetting me on personal grounds, iam just worried about this part apart from this iam good with all the documentation, so pls confirm me on the same?

Many modern workplaces of today are toxic, yet most employees remain unaware of the negativity in their environments.
Not unaware, but Ig they don't have that self confidence. Or have some kinds of benefits that don't make them leave that place
