We just happened to catch baby Leighton rolling over at 5 days old...yes 5 days old! It was the craziest thing ever so you have to see it to believe it.
This utterly beautiful bundle of joy has a terrific zest for life, stretching and turning as she explores her movements and surroundings. What a privilege to get to view her exploratory streches and turns, and those out of camera range weren't the only one's gasping as this little wonder turned over! When I was only minutes (or hours) old, I did a push up on the scale that they use to weight the baby. I forced up upper torso into the air, and turned my head around because I wanted to see the world.
My daughter did the same thing! She was also picking her head up within days! She was always moving so much in my tummy and I always felt like she was doing kickboxing it was crazy! My previous pregnancy my son hardly moved they're opposites. My daughter is now 3 years old and she's a dancer she's always dancing non stop 😂 she's very physically active.

My son rolled over three times on my double bed ending up on the floor when he was under a week... he could have killed himself ,it was super shocking! nobody would have believed me as babies are not supposed to do it, your baby is adorable and super forward and strong, congratulations and remember she is going to be forward with everything now like my son was so get the child proofing done really early lol! xxx

Honey I know it. My babe wasn’t even out of the hospital before holding her head up on her own. The nurse was in at the time and said to me, you know she’s not supposed to be doing that! So far she’s 9 months and she’s gotten to milestones early and consistently.
My daughter was like that as soon as she was born she started looking around holding her head she turned 4 months n was getting out the walker 😒 she’s 1 now n gets out n in her crib it’s crazy this generation is incredible
My 4 day old daughter also rolled over multiple times, and then she stopped rolling until almost 5 months old. So, not sure if this is just beginners luck..?
I don't know what's going on with babies now but my boy was born with his eyes open. When I was growing up babies wouldn't open their eyes until a week or two after being born.
