Treasure those moments when you give birth and after because it is the most incredible and happiest moment in my life. I had two at 35 and 36 and at 36 I had the baby in labor and delivery in 2 1/2 hours only. I was exhausted because I knew he would come soon and did. My daughter took time but she was a beautiful little girl with so much hair and looked like a cute pineapple with so much hair. Love them both and still do despite older mature adults - I've been happy having them all this time.

That precious baby is cold but as they keep the so cold and those hospitalized and she just come out of the warm one from 9 months
I just saw a video (the comments were disabled) with a newborn and the Nurse was so rough with the baby like in the other video she measured the head and she yanked the tape measure from underneath the babies head. This nurse was so much better she was very gentle.

It must be soooo scary and confusing to literally be forced out of a warm, cozy, dark womb into a cold, open, bright space with strange sounds and touches and people doing things to you. Babies are literally traumatized at birth. Poor sweet things.

Too bad it can't be quite for those poor little things. The nurses just throw them around. They're not even gentle with them. I feel the same way you do.
Giving birth is natural and a beautiful thing. What's not natural is ripping a baby out of a mother's womb because he or she is unwanted. Abortion is ugly. Birth is healing.

@@stellafrances5900 They have to cry to clear their lungs. Can't you hear the fluid in her lungs? Haven't you ever wondered why the doctor slaps them real hard on their bottom? That's why. They need to cry real hard so they don't get pneumonia! Well now ya know. I'm a retired medical professional. That's how I know. My dad told me for the first week let them cry for about 5 minutes everyday. I did but it was probably one of the hardest things I ever had to do. My son still had pneumonia at 3 weeks old. I spent 5 days in the hospital with him. So, cry baby, cry hard!!!

Babies cry for anything - 'I'm too hot, I'm too cold, I'm hungry, why did you take me out of my nice warm place and put me into this horrible place with all the shiny lights' - perfectly normal! If I was starkers in a room full of ppl I'd be pretty pissed too.

When my baby was born, the doctor put him on my chest right after he came out, my husband and I hold him for a few minutes and then they took him back to check him up.
It was the most precious moment!
We got to hold our daughter first this was done after some cuddles

This is awesome to see! I didn't get to see my daughters check because my birth ended in an emergency c-section, so this is informative :)
😢 This should not happen just after birth. They could wait a bit before examinating the newborn ,he has to rest after birth on his mother's chest, listening to her heartbeats . All these exams ,taking measures, and cleaning have to be be delayed. Some things can be done on the mother's chest, like a little aspiration to help the air way ,if necessary . Newborn has to stay with mother a few hours And crawl to drink from the nipple.And about injecting newborns it is absolutely horrible, to disturb the développement of their immuninity. Professionnals have become crazy in many countries, even speaking with a very soft and kind voice...but what they do is monstruous according to the mammal nature of giving birth and being born.
I am extremely impressed by how gently this baby was handled. So many of these videos show newborn babies be treated so roughly and tossed around like animals!
What you typically are seeing are babies that are lethargic at birth being handled appropriately to get them breathing and moving

Oh how i miss having a newborn baby 😭 the best moments of my life! Shes 14,5 yo now, and i love her more than life..but when they're this small, you can hold them tight and be as close to them as you want..not anymore lol. They grow up too fast!!! Your baby is beautiful 💙

I swear, nurses never let you sleep in the hospital. Always interrupting you when you’re just drifting off. Can’t get no peace. 🥺
they need to screen the newborn as per protocol.
Hospital is not your home or a hotel for you to sleep. You come there to get better when there's something wrong with your health (or give birth, obviously). We, nurses, are there to do our job, it doesn't matter that you want to sleep. There are plenty of people waiting to "get your bed" at the ward. What must be done, must be done. You don't like it? Don't visit hospitals, problem solved. Geez.
