"If you're spending 300 dollars a week on gas then you need to get a different car " 😭😭😂😂😂 I had to laugh lol FACTS I spend that in moooonths
Britt 😂😂😂
Britt so true
Britt i spend $280 a week on gas but i make $$240 a day with grub hub. Just defending the $300 a week topic ☺
still a maajjooorrrr profit though
J- Grubs whoa 😳 I spend 29 every like 2 weeks / 2 and a half weeks
when you were sayin hot spot. i was like "damn she gotta look for wifi" lmao
keassy gaborit sameee
No every jargon is different... When you are delivering at DoorDash... Hotspot means a location where you are surrounded by a lot of restaurants... Because customer is going to order on that place. You need be there to received an order. She explained it well... She is great... Hotspot is not only for wifi...
Lollll
😂
I do Uber ridesgare. $800+ a week and spend $80 a week on gas. These dudes driving hummers.
Wazi Mwotaji u make 800 bills a week o don't believe u and how many hrs u work for 800
Taqeem Hilton2.0 I do DoorDash with my subie hahahahaha 😢
😂🤣🤣🤣😁
lmfao
Ivan Drago Did he tell you that you had to believe him or else?!
For safety I also share my gps location always with my iPad at home that my family can watch where I am.
b dee very smart idea!
Yes! Good for you...I like that...I used to love watching my daughters location when she worked two jobs in Las Vegas NV and rode Uber...One can't be too trusting and not take precautions. :))
I need to do that. I started today and felt kind of uncomfortable delivering food to my last customer who was in a hotel in a less than savory area. As I was delivering the food to a half naked man in a hotel I'm thinking omg I could totally get murdered and no one would know where I am 😳
Smart!!
That wouldn't help you at all if someone actually tried to kidnap you or something, by the time anyone is able to locate you or get you, you could have been shipped off to a different country. Get a concealed carry permit, carry a gun, and get a can of pepper spray, and keep both of them on your person, not in your purse where you can't get to them. THAT'S gonna help keep you safe. Don't even rely on other people for safety, it doesn't work. Especially not your family, because they aren't gonna get there anywhere near as fast as the police, and the police statistically take ten minutes to get there, and that's still too long. Just don't rely on other people for safety, it doesn't work.
People always complain about gas when doing delivery services...Don't people spend money on gas when they go to work??? smh
Neo SoulZ yes but when going to work you don't have to refill gas as often as doing deliveries
Its a little different. You commute once there and once back. With deliveries there’s a lot of driving in between
To the people asking about gas really expect to get reimbursed? You’re a delivery driver. Your car isn’t going to run on hopes and dreams. Time to be an adult
+JRock (Rooster45ACP) inconveniently their not accepting mopeds at this time while the gas prices creep up. Has anyone tried postmates? You'll really be crying if you do.
JRock well when tax season comes around if you save your gas receipts technically as a door dasher you are an independent contractor
I’m about to start doordash and this was very helpful. Also a lot of people don’t take into account that you can claim gas on your taxes because it is a work expense.
Arielia Subero how has doordash been?
Arielia Subero nice
Hey, I just uploaded my door dash video. Check it out.!
Mileage is usually a better tax deduction than gas if you are driving a whole lot. But you have to pick one or the other. You cannot do both
Sabrina Dacosta You're right because mileage is 56 cents per mile if I'm not mistaken. Gas and repair costs are never greater than my mileage deduction.
Girl I do DoorDash and she is telling the true. Plus it’s awesome and that’s extra money for me. Do your thing girl
S W how the money situation go, I go straight to yo card or you gotta wait a week
$1 per Mile or you will be losing money. and make sure you don't go to far out of city . Say you drive 10 miles but you have to come back empty. that's 20 miles R/T so, even if you deliver it for $10.00 in reality it's $5.
S W they don’t do it where I live sadly
can you have a kid with you as you do it?
Hey, I just uploaded my door dash video. Check it out.!
Because of her previous video, my boyfriend and I tried door dash while I was on vacation for spring break last week (I’m an instructor so I get the best holidays. Paid!) so this was the perfect time to try door dash since I was already on vacation and had a ton of time to spare. So, once my boyfriend got home from work at around 4 pm, we hopped in the car on a Thursday and dashed until around 8, on Friday from 5-10, and on Saturday from 8pm-11pm. We made $244.50!!! That’s amazing! We are planning to go to Jamaica in October 2019 and Colorado May 2019 and let’s just say we have paid our deposits and are gonna continue to dash to save spending money on our trips and shopping before we go!!! I love the incentives they offer during dinner time. And it was also a fun way for us to spend time together. We live in a huge metropolitan area, so downtown is where we received the best tips. Parking is horrible downtown, BUT, since he was my driver 🤩, we avoided having to park. Having somebody with you increases the number of orders you may do each hour! I love it and would recommend to anyone wanting extra money whether for savings, vacation, student loan debt, whatever!!!
So did you and him both have your apps online at the same time?
Cierra Marie no I was the only one using the app. It made it easier with him driving because I didn’t have to find anywhere to park, etc.
Awe girl this made me think about my boyfriend and I! I would love to use your idea! 😍
Don't you pay more for car insurance, and then you have to pay all the taxes at once?
Lulujoy for car insurance, since I’m not transporting passengers. Door dash offers insurance as well if you are interested. (I didn’t do any of that). As far as taxes, it’s smart to obtain a DBA to record your earnings under. That way, since this will be considered your business, you can keep all of your gas receipts for the year in a folder so you can write them off during tax time and you can also write off the interest from car payments. There should be no tax penalty. There’s also a certain amount you have to go over in earnings as well. Do your research before starting. I haven’t dashed in the last few months since my full time job has picked up.
Now I can't unhear Mila Kunis
I drive for Doordash and my expectations are if I spend $40 in gas, I expect to make $400 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Peak times from 5pm-9pm, and I do. so I bring home $360 after gas deduction. I made $27 the other night on a Saturday on 1 delivery because the pay was $9.49 + $18 tip (20%) for a large order. Everything she is saying is true.
If you think $18 is a 20% tip on $9.49 I like your math but only if I'm the one getting the tip.
Reginald Palmer $9.49 is the amount doordash pays you for the order. The order itself that the customer pays can be upwards of $100+ hence Daniel saying it was a large order. So 20% of $100 clearly covers a $18 tip amount
Daniel Jacobson and taxes
My best tips come from "bad neighborhoods"... we have to stop stereotyping. Even in the real hoods (high crime), I've had the customers actually meet me outside. They really want their food and don't want you to leave... they even remind me to be safe while working lol.
Probbaly because those people hussle themselves for their money so understand the struggle. Upper middle class or rich people think you fucked up in life if you have to do a side hussle like this and think you dont deserve to be tipped.
You from Chicago?? They tell me this all the time....lol
Jordan lmao I am too. I’d rather deliver in the hood of Chicago than downtown. The middle/upper class would rather you waste 5-10 mins finding their floor and room number instead of meeting you in a lobby
Agree 100%
I delivered pizza for 5 years and we hated going into the projects and the “poorer” neighborhoods. Not only did they not tip.......they usually had something to complain about
I do DoorDash whenever I’m not at work, literally made $90 on a Friday & only worked for six hours, love it.
i made 50 bucks in 6 hours. lol 8 in tips only rip off
The Doordash queen is back 👑🚗💨
Make more videos doing doordash please! Maybe a once a week thing. You are so entertaining to watch
My first day on doordash I got a costumer who wouldn't answer, wouldn't text back or anything.
I ate some carne asada fries later :)
you kinda sound like Mila Kunis
Dana Alli oh myyyy gosssh. Once I read this I couldn’t unhear it 🤣 close your eyes and it’s meg lol

I love doordash its easy money been doing it for 6 months and my car does good on gas. people just need to try it for yourself if you like it good if not then you dont have too do it
Guy: "Are you single"
Her: "No, I'm not, no"
Guy: "So, what's your number?"
Her: "🤦"
Shes single
On behalf of all guys... yes this is exactly how guys are...
Lmfao her face was priceless 😂🙃
Even if she was single, she'd have to be awfully brave to say so.😄
Thanks for the video! Really appreciate it. I'm gonna start doing Door Dash. I just had my orientation yesterday and now I'm so excited. Seems like a great easy way to make some money 👍
Ashley Patricia You’re welcome!
Do you still work for Door Dash? How did it go?
I spend about 15 to 20 bucks a week (sometimes every 2 weeks) on gas. I drive a 2013 Nissan Versa. Glad I have this car for Doordash. :) Nice vid btw. Keep up the good work.
Love your videos!! Keep them coming. Today is my first day dashing and this helped sooo much.
So helpful! Boutta start tomorrow! Thanks for the q&a and the entertaining way you put it!
They only go back 7years. I got a felony in 2009 and I been dashn for 3 weeks now😁🤙
You are right with what you are saying, and the gas, I've done Grubhub for a week in a Corvette and have not spent $300 on gas so they are absolutely full of it.
F0l2saken1 Bruh I've been doing Grubhub in my Camaro SS lol I don't feel as weird anymore, I lost the keys to my beater whip and don't feel like dropping 180 dollars for a programmed key.
You little girls, complaining about how much money your mommy gave you to drive to school. Nothing compares to an V-12 AMG Mercedes S-65.
No they are Not! Just because it's not you paying that much...Doesn't mean it doesn't happen...People in SUVs..People in other gas guzzlers pay a ton of money...I know because my family member was spending $600 - $800 to go to work...So if you are in a gas guzzler and you are idle or drive quite a bit for work...There's no getting around it but getting a smaller car...If you can. So just remember because you don't do it or pay it doesn't mean..It's not happening...This happens everyday. #ImJustSaying
Mari Rodriguez well if a gas water car is all you have, maybe don’t do DoorDash.
Why do you do dash with a corv wtf xD
I just found your videos today, they are great!!!! I am so nervous seeing you driving , looking down at list, looking at the camera explaining what you are doing. I really hope you are in a parking lot while filming. Be safe!!!
You are awesome! Thank you for taking the time to answer questions as well as simplify how to do doordash!
Girl just found your channel and this helps so much! Thank you mamas!
FollowMariaTo thank you girl!!
I just want to correct you on how the hotspots work. The hotspots do not mean that particular area is busy, what it means is that that particular restaurant has been seeing more deliveries than usual. Personally I don’t recommend going to the hotspots. What you should do is that you should find an area in town that you like and go there.
Deven Looney I didn’t know that
Deven Looney I was sooooooo frustrated with this today! (2nd day) I would go towards the hot spot and almost be there when I would get an order taking me right back to where I just left!
Loved this video ! Perfect tips and info to know. I’m def signing up !!
I have watched two of your videos and think you are awesome. The best I've watched so far. I have only been dashing for a couple of weeks which has been awesome and I learn new things during every shift. Right now, dashing is my only job, and I have been able to make enough to pay bills just working part time hours. This week I am going to test a 40 hour week just to see what the potential would be.
Girl i pick up my new Ford focus Monday... Yes
Tyronda I have a 2007 Ford focus, gonna ride it til the wheels fall off lol. I do ubereats, GrubHub, instacart, and Shipt.
Tyronda Girl be careful with those Ford...
BriH Walker bloop
I drive an '06 (pre ecoboost), get 28 to 31 mpg depending on conditions with A/C on low most of the time. What are you getting?
About Time was waiting for this you should do a once a week ride along!!!!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣😆😆😆

IndyyGold hey I have a question. I’m new to Doordash and I’m waiting for my kit to come in the mail. What’s next? Also, while exploring the app, it doesn’t let me go online
@@kiahrobinson7359 I just got my card. It just a card and instruction
Tamara White I actually just got it today too lol. I’m doing it tomorrow
@@kiahrobinson7359 lol really? I got mines yesterday. I'm going to do it after I get pay from my other job. I'm really nervous, it will be my first time doing it, I hope I do good.
@@kiahrobinson7359 I didn't get no orientation. When do I get the shirt? Once I put the information from the card to the app, I could have dash now
Love your hustle keep grinding your truly blessed 👍🏾
I have a Focus too and my mileage is like 32-34 mpg. Even when I do 8 doordash hours on sat&sunday, I only use like $15ish worth of gas, IF it's really busy. The gas thing is nowhere near as big of a deal as people seem to think, 1-2 orders covers my gas for 2 days.
Very important Question: have u ever ate a fry from an order
EduardoKicks I have 😂 they were over flowing and falling out of the bag
Hahaha Good question
Dont do it cause if ya do the customer will clamplaint about it.. so we get that call and we will have to write u up bruh

Thank you have a ☺day
Big10 Cartel NIGGA WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING. I Can’t understand your sentence.

Thank you for a very informative video, you did an outstanding job young lady! I will look into doing this part time and I'll let you know how it went on my first day. Until then, be safe out there and God bless!
Weird question but do you ever get hungry while driving and just stop to get yourself some food?
Your videos are very helpful. You have eased my mind on delivering! Wish me luck! 😊
M G Good luck!
IndyyGold Thanks!
M G how has it been?
Thank you your amazing. The vlogs and faq session is amazing answered damn near everything. Wish you the best in 2020!
Oh Hey I’m in north Dallas too, awesome! I’m about to start DoorDashing. Videos are great girl. Gives me a clearer view of what I’m getting into. Thanks!
take a deep breath love, don't sweat the small stuff or the silly comments... keep up your awesomeness :)
I do door dash riding my motor scooter, its pretty sweet.
This was very informative and helpful! thank you so much for sharing this
I just signed up for Door Dash and am going to do my 1st Dash tomorrow! This video was helpful! :)
Have you ever called the place to see if the order is ready? That way you can put your emergency lights on and run in.
You are a really good dasher, good luck with the new dashes I really like DoorDash and your videos
Thank you so much!! :)
Indyy
You're welcome I used to be a dasher when I was living in California, that it was like 2 years ago but now I'm a customer and almost every weekend I order from DoorDash really good experience Good Luck
Peter
Just signed up for DoorDash, thanks to you 👏🏾 I was really hesitant just because i don’t know how my first experience delivering will be.. but anyway. Thank you for the video, it really eased my nerves. 😂 I also live in the area where you were delivering (the hotspot area) which was a plus
Nice video, I been Dashing about 6 weeks now in the Cincinnati area and I love it. Do it part -time because I have a full time job. Keep up the good work.
What's the benefit of working on a schedule vs just logging on? Is there a preference as to who gets the order?
just started my doordash job last week :) i love it so far
Yooooo why am I now just finding your DoorDash videos?! You’re so fun to watch!! I don’t know if you still work for doordash... but if you do... I’d love too see more!! ❤️✨
I subscribed to your channel and became a Dasher as well. I have yet to make my first delivery. Watching you Dash gave me Life! Thank for all the tips and info. Keep being an inspiration!💕💓😍
You know what you can do? Step in for Mila Kunis if she ever steps down from family guy.
Shut up Meg

Lol
I drive a hybrid car and truck, even my truck gets 29-35 miles per gallon. And the Prius gets 50mpg and above depending on how you drive!
I am a dasher as well! In my state, we have to have valid car insurance and I remember submitting to a background check... We don't have HQ here so it was all online. My average delivery distance can be between 5-20miles because there are a lot of suburban areas. The plus side is we often (everyday) have $4-$6 bonus pay! It's amazing to get into especially if you enjoy driving. I often listen to a few podcasts or new albums!!!
hello to all doordash drivers this is a tip do not do walmart grocery orders are a scam very little money for a lot of work very heavy things and customers never tip. I've already done 3 orders of these and it's always the same
I've only done one Walmart one, but I got 15 bucks, and the lady gave a $20 tip cash.
How do you do runs for Walmart I’m trying to do one
@@ronniejai21 It just depends on what orders you get. I live right next to a Walmart like 4 min walking distance. I get a good amount of orders from this store. Best tip I got was $20. Other tips were maybe $5 to $10. I really don't mind though because this is just extra income on top of my full time job. I normally only work maybe 10 hours split between Saturday and Sunday. I earn about $150 for the week.
Did my first Wal-Mart today $11.27 through doordash, extra $10 cash tip on top of that
I do them just dont except orders over 20 items
Why not call them and ask them why aren't you getting paid for the referral code
Neo SoulZ they don’t like to bother doordash about anything cause most of the girls who do this are kiss ass and they take 2 dollar orders with pride
Abkshit rawbruh I would proudly do a two dollar order instead of sitting on a corner begging or asking for help without doing anything myself.
I don't agree with that but ok
and you know this how???? You are not informed at all about DooDash
You call them
I found you From your door dash video and you seemed so cool and sweet,I just had to watch more (not to sound weird lol) but I really do love your channel so far and your really pretty. I had to subscribe😂😘
I have watched a few videos on DD and yours and another dasher in Chicago was by far the best! Very informative and to the point. In a couple of the videos dashers experienced trouble connecting to DD customer service. I have not dashed yet, but considering it. I like a comment one dasher said she does for safety; and that is to turn on her tablet and gps so that her family can follow along where she is. Thanks.
The best way to do Doordash or any delivery service is with an electric car. I use a Nissan Leaf and spend about $30 a month in electric fees at home. I can't imagine having to waste all this money on gasoline.
You should find out why you're not getting paid for the referrals! That's yo money!
Thank u for doing this bc it helps so much to see what the actual experience is like working 4 doordash, as opposed to jumping into it blind. I would like to just elaborate on one of the the 1st questions in this Q & A..”How do u download the app”. Some advice: 1st download an app called “Steady” (White box w a Purplish/blue colored “S” for “Steady inside box). Steady is a great app four people who want to find stay at home jobs or even just gigs where u set your own hours & You can go down the list and it even tells you if they “Pay the same day” ect...So after you download the Steady app you can go down the list and re-brief descriptions about each job/gig/free-lance opportunities ect.... then you can click on the ones you’re interested in and fill out the application right there on your smart phone or computer. So you want to download the app when you pick the 1 you are interested in & then you can read a more in-depth description, create a log-in, do the application process (Before you even do this it will Give you an estimate on how long it will take for the entire process & a lot of them only take 5 min or less to apply for). I only saw a couple of apps that actually make you pay for your criminal background check ect.., but most of them are tutoring apps, for example. “Doordash” is definitely on the list within the “Steady” app. I literally downloaded many of these apps and on my days off I create my own work by delivering, getting paid to do surveys in my car in between delivering ect...& I can honestly say that the apps that say “You get payed instantly within minutes after submitting the work” are FOR REAL & the $ went on my Pay-Pal acct instantly. You can make $10 for driving less than 10 minutes up the road and by going into a business and taking two minutes worth of pictures! Just do not 4get that u must set up a Pay-Pal acct 1st b4 u start working for any of these bc its how u get paid!!! U want to connect the PayPal account to your EMAIL & have It set up so that when you transfer the money it will go on your debit card
Totally agree it depends on your car. We use a Chevy spark it averages 39 miles per gal. I can spend 16.50 a week on gas. Great little car for dashing
I do 5-6 days I spend 85 to 100. That was my old car. I got me a Fiat 500 Sport. I spend like 71 to 84 a week depending on price. Also, I never let my tank go below half unless it's a day I'm not delivering. I went from a 13.2g tank to a 10.5g tank and smaller ride because I don't transport people just food so a mid size is not worth having in an area where parking is hard to find. I make 700 to 900 a week. I have a secondary job that takes gas out of my equation @$100 a week. So I bring home 700 to 900 a week.
Prolly 70 - 80 hours a week.
Sooo😂 this is like my second day delivering for DD and I kinda live in a bad neighborhood but I have my concealed liscence to carry. Can I carry my weapon while I'm out delivering? BTW your vids are reaaaly helpful
Someone give this girl a TV show! Great at multitasking and staying on point. Great videos, helpful info, very bright and beautiful :)
You're awesome!! Thanks for all of this!! God Bless
If I drove that much for work I would sign up for Wrapify, that extra income would more than cover fuel and insurance expenses. Thats also if you don't mind wrapping you car in a company logo.
What's Wrapify?
Thanks. Never heard of it until now.
craigime a scam
I just signed up for doordash, gave all my information and it said that all orientations are completely full at this time and to check back later. Like, how much later? This makes me mad, I was kind of looking forward to being able to start fairly soon, I'm not upset with you.. I'm just telling you what happened. It said that it only takes one hour for orientation and you can start delivering immediately after and I was really looking forward to doing this because this on the weekends and possibly take my child with me and just do it for two or three hours. I'm sure you're not supposed to take your child with you but I've done it with Uber Eats and nobody ever even knows he's in the car, one lady walked and got her food and saw him and she didn't even care
New to your channel, love your vidoes! 😊 .. Just 1 question.. Do they take taxes out when you get your weekly checks or do u have to keep receipts to pay the taxes back?
You are too cute! Thanks for the video. I've been doing dash for a few weeks now and love it. I do it in my spare time as my main job is a 3rd shift one.
My orientation was unorganized. She said gray areas are to be scheduled only and red areas are free for any dasher???
Another dasher said gray areas mean it's slow and red areas mean it's busy??? Which one is true?
Thank you
Sheena So Chill Both are true! Red area means it’s very busy and if you are in that area you don’t have to schedule and you can just jump on and log off whenever you want. Great areas are for only the scheduled Dashers, which means it’s not that busy at the time. Hope this helped!
IndyyGold Thank you sooooo much. Yes definitely helped.
Do you pay some percentage to Doordahs, if so how much or what percentage do you pay to doordash?
This video was so informative. I wish we had this in my town!!!
THANK YOU, you have answered all of my questions
Omg that kills me! Are you single? No. No elaboration. Kills me. 😂
I've been doing door dash for a few weeks. Do you ever turn down orders?? Also does door dash ever send you more than a mile away to do a drop off from the restaurant?? That's definitely been happening to me..
Velvet Dewalt yes they do if it’s 10 mile makes sure the order is worth it but just a little advice when you just start out try to accept all the orders in the beginning cause you want to keep up your acceptance % also when the better paying ones comes up they will include you in it. Yes you can decline orders but don’t do it too much.
I've turned down a few (Burgerking in my area requires you to wear your DD shirt and I dont so I dont accept BK orders) but try to do it as little as possible cause you want to keep your acceptance percentage up so you keep getting orders. Most order are more than a mile away unless you live in a dense city. They're usually between 2-5 miles, so stick to the hwy as much as you can to cut gas costs. In a typical 4-6 hours I'll make roughly $100, so its definitely possible to make decent income through this but you have to work at it.
Kayla May - I always go to restaurants that demand I wear the shirt. I won't have my acceptance rating dinged because they have stupid demands. I start off by politely explaining to the restaurant that I'm an independent contractor and not required to wear any uniform or specific shirt by the company that pays me and that if they want to make sure that I'm authorized to pick up an order then I'm happy to show them my phone which has the dasher app up and the order on the app. If they still give me an issue, I tell the customer what's going on while I'm waiting in the dasher support queue.
A few times support has contacted the restaurant, told them to stop being dicks and just give me the food and that's worked lol. I've put a couple customers on speakerphone with the restaurant who declared they would never give their business to that restaurant again. MOST of the time, employees don't care about a shirt or specific bag and just give me the food :-) BUT if there is a problem, I make sure that I'm compensated for driving to the restaurant ($$$) and cause as much trouble for the restaurant as I can :-) I take pride in my work, and if you're going to screw with my delivery, I'm taking you DOWN!! :-P
Gen Cas Its only these 2 specific BKs that have caused me problems. If I'm not in that city, I'll still take BK orders. (I live in the SFbayarea, cities are dense/close together) I've called support before on them but it made me have to stay there for 45+minutes/1hour those few times and I could've had several more orders by then. I accept everything else, for the exact same reason- I'm out here to make extra money.

It's good money. But I had a weirdo experience that I share. ua-cam.com/video/kfKknT3SM1w/v-deo.html So proceed with caution.
so when you say i need a valid license that means i can't deliver w my probationary license?
Kevin117 no you can’t. You should get a “valid” license to avoid hassle.
Kevin117 nope nope nope🤦🏾♀️
What do you mean? Visit doordash.com and look for help for more informations! That’ll be better!
Good information! Thank you for sharing! Now I want to work for door dash in my spare time!
Question: (not a gas question haha) with the miles that go into your car, do you get a lot of car maintenance issues? Also, eventually, your car's mileage will reach a limit, supposing you've been doing this for awhile (DD), would you need to buy a new car sooner than most people? Will your car last more than a year with all of those miles?
These are genuine questions I wanted to ask since I just started out as a dasher and I have 25k miles on my car (2014 chevy), and my parents are always confronting me with the question of how long my car will last with the wear and tear, especially when I'm not making anything close to $700 a week yet. I've been really excited about starting out but these questions are really worrying for me. God bless and thanks so much for the tips you've given !
You should get piad for talking about doordash !
You can click on areas that you DON’T want to deliver to?? I can’t find it anywhere in the app, did they take that feature away??
Abigail Knight on the app you have to click Schedule then click the little screw on the top right. Then check the areas you want to dash in
Nice video. Good work helping people get their hustle on
Do you still dash? Your video convinced me that it was great. Once I started I run into several issues.
lol to anybody doing this type of job, buy a Prius... you've always made fun of them till you start working a job where you depend on your car. then you realize how much better Prius is above any other car and that it is literally the PERFECT car to have... i do the same shit on the side plus my main job is driving as well working for a private courier. 2012 Prius. It's like Toyota looked at us poor little delivery drivers and said... "let me build you the perfect car"
what makes the prius a better car for deliveries?
Priuses are for pussies.
Kram Sacul lmfao smh
insecure much? which prius owner hurt you?
Ewww! I would never buy a toyota
Hello Indyy, I recently started ordering using DD, The first delivery was great. The sec delivery was late about over an hour. I ask the driver what took him so long? I could see his car driving past on the map. I thought he was lost. So I text him to see if he was near. He answered yes and be patient. I got heated. If it wasn't for my kids, I would have cancelled. This is my question, my receipt said he was heading to the restaurant closer to me. He said he went to a different one of the same food chsin. Can the info on my screen be wrong on which chain he went to? Thanks
Prin Jo. No probably, he is either lost, or he has another delivery to make.
I have had the same experience when the location I was sent by DD after almost 10 minutes drive at 65 miles an hr was not a Macdonald but a car dealership. Enquiry to DD was not helping, couldn't unassign the order, couldn't get to the customer on call or text, I had to use my initiative to use other franchise to satisfy the customer but the customer who left an ambiguous description of her address but ends up leaving a negative review for no fault of mine.
I drive a Chevy Sonic which is an economy compact car. I work part time with DoorDash. I made $150 last week (9 hours) and spent $10 on gas. Also the miles driven during dashes count as a tax write off so just keep up with mileage and you’ll be fine.
Not sure what the hateful comments are about but I love your videos. Thank u for taking so much time to explain everything.
Hey what about tax return??? How does it work with doordash?
Nathalia Santos you actually have to pay taxes at the end of the year
You dont pay any taxes until the end of the year. A tax return means you overpaid on taxes and they are giving you your money back. So no...no tax return. You owe when you do taxes.
They should be paying you for the referrals
im so glad i just found ur channel!!!
That is for the info. I'm planning on starting soon . I figure the winter would be best out here in the midwest since I think people don't wanna drive in the snow.
