This made me happy. Not just “influencer” content but someone going after something and not just staying the vein of what is the norm or cliche. Good job on all your lifts!
Awesome stuff! I competed in powerlifting for over 35 years. Great sport. I had success, but the friendships and the brotherhood/sisterhood relationships meant more than the awards and trophies! Watching this brings back many memories! I retired at 55, so it's been a while, but many great memories! Thank you.
Hell yeah! I love the content you make. I was totally under the impression from your social media that powerlifting was something you did a long time ago. I didn't realize it's more of a recent thing.
Thx...I am setting up my garage gym and soon will be training lower body like never before.....Deadlift, Squat, RDL etc so the more I get to watch it being done with proper good form...the better. Thx for your channel.
This video did a great job of showing just how low energy this meet was. I competed in the second session and the crowd was even smaller (with the same weird judging). P.S. I'm the redhead on the left @6:14
I've got my first comp coming up in November and this was very helpful and encouraging. Great lifts, and great content. Thank-you. (PS - What are your go-to tunes? I listen to a lot of Aussie country music).
Proud of you girlfriend💯 Next time, we demolish a 350lb squat for sure😂😊 Also, nothing looked or seemed too heavy for you to be honest. Your body looked like it was at ease.
If you do this again , just out of curiosity I would like to see where you placed and the scores of the people you were against. Not that I really give a shit, I'm routing for you, but I have done a handful of these competitions myself and in preparation for the next meet knowing what I'm up against is important. Just a suggestion. Also it was interesting to see you being a loud to where a belt. All the competitions I have done no belts were aloud. I would actually keep that in mind. If you compete somewhere else you might not be able to where that. Altho I'm sure you know that. Good luck.
OMG your amazing, please go Olympic weight lifting and get away from power lifting as your standard. I would say this to anyone else as it would be a waste of time but I've never seen anyone with your strength. Lydia Valentine please check her out 🙏
@ScottRachelson777 not every woman who takes steroids looks like a Profesional bodybuilder like not a every man who takes steroids looks like ronie Coleman
@ScottRachelson777 I'd say she does tho cause it girl who lift for more than a decade and they lift 20kg less than her in squat and dead. He bench is reasonable tho

How were the spotters weird?
Great video and great performance! Keep up the great work. 💪💪
Those steel plates look so small and light 😄 Congratulations, good job :) 🙌

My guy at the 6 minute mark trying to not look at the cheeks is hilarious
Well done.
The most beautiful and strongest girl in the world 💪😎. You're the best 😍.
I hope you heal things you don't realize you have.
This comment says more about you, bud.
you're a rockstar
Absolute goddess!! 💪🏻😍
❤🎉
How long have you been working out for?
Saw a video where you said you’re 34…that can’t be true 😳
Why? 34 isn't old
@@AtlantaH-uq1tx I meant it as a compliment. She does not look 34. She looks way younger

Also do you take steroids?
That's a crazy question. She looks natural to me. Now, Stefi Cohen, maybe, but I'm still giving her the benefit of the doubt.

She competes in a drug tested meet, how could she be on steroids?
@cadeymitchell634 it's very easy to chest on these tests. And fun fact they don't check everyone
So many simps in comments! Tsk tsk
