At the age of 24, back in the year 2000, I was arrested for crimes I did not commit. The charges were Super serious and I was distraught. I was given a large, cash bail, that I or nobody in my family could afford. I had no idea how long I would be there. No communication with the outside and this was the first time I'd ever been in trouble or even in cuffs. And I was very naive. So after a couple days of bugging the guards and trying to find out what was going on, I broke down. I went to my cell, fell to my knees, and said "God, please help me!". And at that very moment, the intercom rang my name and said to come downstairs. And there stood my lawyer with my bail papers! I had fully given up hope of finding out anything. I had surrendered. And I truly believe that if I hadn't given up and called out to God, something would have intervened, possibly called my lawyer away, or changed the judges mind.
It happened so suddenly, nothing could ever convince me otherwise

I've only seen Siaka in the Californians move to Texas videos, but watching this interview, I like this guy alot. He's instantly likeable. He's real. I'm sorry you're having to go through this miscarriage of justice. I'm a retired LEO, and I'm ashamed at what we've turned into. A massive group of "yes" men who don't question anything. The men and women on the frontlines need to develop some intestinal fortitude and begin asking questions. Trust me, you can find another job if you get let go, it's not worth selling your principles and morals simply to keep your job. Stop being the enforcement arm for political persecutions.

8:30 as a retired LEO of 28 yrs. I've never seen a misdemeanor trespass brought to court in full restraints. I'm sad for the status of law enforcement today.
Retired here as well, and neither have I. Hell, we used to simply cite misdemeanors into court and cut them loose. This is beyond a political persecution, this was simply about a message. A shot across the bow. I'm ashamed of what we've become.

As a crisis intervention team leader we would never raid a house for a misdemeanor. It's all about the theatrics and have your neighbors judge you.

I blame the “January 6th Insurrection Narrative” on the Republican leadership. At every turn they should have vociferously defended the citizen’s right to peacefully assemble and protest. It was never an insurrection. A true insurrection requires arms and force.
The thing is, the Socialist Democrats realized , because of January 6, just how easily it could have been an Insurection. And that was a slap in those face, it scared them!
So by treating this as a resurrection, they are trying to scare every conservative . To scare them so that no conservative will dare speak out, support Trump, or any other conservative candidate, attend rallies or demonstrations.

I was at the Capitol on Jan 6th but we had driven from the Ellipse about 30 minutes before Trump's speech ended so we ended up driving around the block for at least an hour before parking. We witnessed the flash bombs and pepper spray from the vehicle while dozens of police sirens whirled past us. By the time we walked up on the Capitol you wouldn't have even known anything had happened. People were happy, jovial, and singing Patriotic songs. It was the most AMAZING crowd I had ever been around (both there AND at the Ellipse). The Capitol Police were standing up in a big line across the steps of the Capitol to keep people from going through and no one was challenging them. This was on a different side from where the broken window occurred. Because cell phone coverage was horrible that day, we were still trying to figure out what had actually happened. As soon as I heard the MSM spin on it I KNEW it was a bunch of crap. They're using it now to continue their political persecution against Trump supporters and Conservatives. I've been praying fervently well BEFORE the "Summer of Love" happened. I don't know how these people who are going along with it live with themselves.
They have a seared conscience. Pray for them. Prayer is the most effective thing since this is a spiritual battle.

Also wanted to add that I was a law enforcement officer during the Elian Gonzalez and Terri Shiavo incidents. I remember telling my superiors that I would never, under orders, keep parents from their dying daughter whose life support was removed by the man who caused her brain injury. I told them I would also not rip a child from the arms of his loving grandparents whose mother lost her life rescuing him from a communist dictatorship. Especially for a father who had not been in the child’s life. I told them that they could have my gun and badge the day they ordered me to violate my conscience. Why are these FBI agents so devoid of a moral compass? Why are they so willing to violate the rights of the people? How did they become so much like the Nazi soldiers and so quickly, just obeying orders?
Most people in government went to the same group of universities where they were taught the same lefty beliefs.

So they looked though the camera footage, ID'd this guy and arrested him for strolling into the Capitol building and walking out. Normally, the FBI would say "this guy did not participate in anything bad, it's not worth going after him on a shaky misdemeanor charge." Instead, they hunted this man down for essentially jaywalking. This is a really bad sign.
FBI has ALWAYS been a criminal organization pretending to be the good guys. ALWAYS.

It’s unfortunate that a lot of people are disrespectful of his religious beliefs. Even the Babylon Bee doesn’t accept him.
I'm a retired Marine, retired in 97, I just turned 66, been a big fan of the Bee for a long time. I had considered going to the capital, I was stationed in Richmond three and a half years and was there quite a bit as a professional Marine, Staff and Gunnery Sergeant, and I've been really angry about the steal since it took place. I had no idea you'd been arrested, I don't personally know anyone who was, I live out in the country, I lost my wife to m.s. three years ago so all this happened while I've been reeling from the events. I thought this was one of your regular comedy's, and I'm glad it's not. This story is far more important than most precisely because who you guys really are. I'm also a Christian, since coming back from Beirut in 83. This is an incredibly powerful interview, one of the best I've watched in years. I had no idea it was to be anything but an ordinary skit as you guys do so well. I've said several prayers just watching this. The left lives on "projection", anything one is accused of is precisely what they are actively doing and heralding. Again, one of the most powerful interviews you've done in the last year or so. By the way, I grew up in Chicago, enlisted to get out of that city. All of you at the Bee are awesome, and this was much more than I expected, thanks so much for sharing all of this with us. Whether he should have or shouldn’t have is not the question. The question is why the FBI found it important to make a public spectacle of his arrest for a misdemeanor after the statute of limitations probably ran out. Upholding the law had nothing to do with it. It was all about silencing dissent.
