Welcome to my channel and my kitchen. I have a recipe for a square pastry with a delicious taste. I can say how many recipes I have tried, I have never seen so many layers. It happens at least 20 times and it becomes a perfect pastry, my friends.
materials
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of warm water
1 water glass measure of oil
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 packet of instant yeast
1 egg white
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups of flour
to lubricate
1 teaspoon of melted butter
Half a teaspoon of oil
Let's bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees
The cup size is 200 ml.
Tea cup size is 100 ml
