Martha - Linda and I are in our 70's and we go way back with you, Dear Lady. I firmly believe you were framed by nefarious scoundrels, but you have overcome that and returned to us with your sage kitchen skills and we both love you!
Jen am sk
I don't even cook, I just draw inspiration from people who are at the top of their craft. Martha is the quintessential WASP who isn't super flashy, but you can tell just by how her kitchen is stocked with equipment and ingredients that she puts in the work to make the experience more than just a lady on camera cooking in her kitchen. This woman had a MARROW SPOON in her kitchen, like what? Mind blown, it's the little things.
Martha Stewart is not a WASP.
@@BH-zx4dm Okay mrs. literal, she's Polish and Catholic. She has certainly adopted the lifestyle and owns houses in all the right places, lmao. Generational wealth is a pointless concept in 2022 when there are teenagers streaming video games making more than your inheritance is worth in a few years. Nobody even values manners or etiquette in the modern day, the loudest and most obnoxious people are ascending to the upper echelons of society thanks to social media. There is no point in gatekeeping what it means to be a WASP, especially since you likely hold political views that are diametrically opposed to your perceived social status. There is not a single WASPY old-money enclave in America that would exclude Martha Stewart from joining their beach club or social event, get real.
@@BH-zx4dm She isn't but she arguably comes off as one, completely in every way.
Thk you Martha. I learned more wonderful ways to prepare veggies! 😁. Ahna
My Sicilian grandma breaded them and made a broth, she wasted nothing. It was so good. We ate the stem, too.

This series is such an enjoyable experience
I love to watch anything Martha!
Me too
Same here. Reminds me: her first cable show (Martha Stewart Living) back in the 90s was fun because sometimes she'd take the viewer along to a shop or unusual destination. One time she went to a really old hardware store and it was charming.
so good and healthy
I’m Sicilian. We grew up ate the stem the same way you would eat the leaves.
Your kitchen cabinets look beautiful
Dear Martha, I watch your shows religiously. This is probably the show I loved the best. Packed with information I never knew. How said we're to old to learn new things. Thank you for sharing. We love you 💐🙏
I love everything Martha. She makes things look simple yet not overly confusing.
Martha is just the Best! Love her🥰
I have learned so much from you over the years thank you.
Got any tips in the stock market for me?
Oh gosh, finally, i have something to eat!!!
Martha, I love the way you cooked the leaks, but also the rest of the vegetables. Thank you!👍

Martha did Very Well while Incarcerated! The Ladies Loved her!🌝🙋🏽♀️💜💯🕊
Martha is my cooking guru🫶🏻🙏🏻👽🌺💖🧘♀️
My gramma would peel the stems and steam with the artichokes, and stuff the center with a wonderfully garlicky breadcrumb stuffing.
Thank god she showed us how to eat the artichoke because I had no idea how or what to eat from the artichoke 😂
Artichokes are the vegetable equivalent of lobster.
Thank you for this informative video that explains how easy you can make elegant side dishes that are delicious. I especially appreciate that you also showed how to eat an artichoke, something I was always too embarrassed to ask. Looking forward to enjoying more of these videos.
I grew up the pickiest eater but always loved artichokes
Added this video to my Foodie collection on my saved playlists.
Thank you! Martha for your beautiful presentation of vegetable cooking. Delicious, well done.
What a personality. I love you, Martha. I can be down and off but after watching I am lifted..❤️
The garlic!!🥰
Dear Martha, these are all brilliant and simple ideas. I would also love to have the recipe for the rustic bread, as seen in the roasted garlic segment!
Martha's voice is music to my ear 🥰😍🥰
I love roasted garlic butter. I make a lot, then keep most of it in the freezer.
Too cute...her with, us kin, and 💡 ideas are always a true 👍 value to anybody home..by the way, all bulb onion 🌰 is a joy to add to any snack
Every word of her presentation is helpful information, no blather. You can grasp the essential things you need to make the dishes come out perfectly, just as she does!
Nice-- over an hour with my favorite domestic diva. I'm not a huge veggie aficionado but I do enjoy certain things like sauteed onions; or mushrooms and red peppers bits on my pizza. My partner makes roasted broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and grated parm, and it is yummy.
Martha, I really admire you I see you work so hard to have a perfect life thank you
Love the way she run away from the frying carrots leaves. XD

I have lots of mint outside a kitchen, but unfortunately in Cape town I love your paola.

21:20 Lol Martha just said not to use garlic with green sprouts, and there are green sprouts when she cuts open the garlic
I love learning from you. Wonderful presentation
Omg! As kids we worked down to the fuzzy choke on our dinner plate. I guess we were just rustic.
Thank you Martha for this vegetable tutorial ‼️👍. Who knew about the Beautiful Garlic ❤️

Insta pot is glorious for artichokes
Hi Martha, I love your food diary. I am using the ingredients you used for your juice. It is so delicious, love it. Keep up the good job.
She can teach you how to make wine in your toilet too. Guess where she learned that one.
Why not Olive oil? I can’t really use butter 🧈 Love Leeks ❤️ Thank you Martha for all these wonderful recipes!
You can use olive oil but in some cases butter just tastes better.
Will need to rewatch. Hello Marla & everyone from my Wisconsin Farm 👩🏻🌾

Again: ( USA 🇺🇸) : btw, thank you ☺️
Such a nice sharing stay connected
Love the okra section. Made a succotash recently using okra. I may try to grow some.
One thing to be aware of, when growing okra: the plant, (stalks, leaves and pods) are covered in fine "hairs" which have a natural defense chemical which, when handled with bare hands, causes extremely uncomfortable and persistent itching (not fatal but not fun, either). After harvesting, blanch the pods to make for comfortable handling. So, when you buy okra seeds, also but a good pair of gloves and wear long sleeves when near the plant. To be able to have fresh, from your own garden okra, this is well worth the effort.
oh beautiful i love all of your baking
Bravissima ❣️

I've always been curious how the leek is cooked and consumed. You showed well how to cook it, but you did not eat it. How is the cooked leek eaten? by itself or....
I can't eat raw kale. Chewing raw kale doesn't devolve when eating it
Bad for thyroid too. Raw cruciferous
Debbie, raw kale IS good for you. I slice very thin ribbons, dress with evoo and lemon juice/zest and massage with your hands. Add minced garlic, chopped crispy bacon, S & P and toss again.
One piece for three people!?
Ask cindy lopper about modesto california scandel
What is the difference in the tian and Ratatouille?
We telling the whole world the truth . Rip to jhonny cash .
🥰🥰👏💯💯
Okra also comes from Africa which was brought over to America on the slave ships. Interesting she didn’t mention that.
So much work for little bet of results 🤷🏼♀️big okras are woody , I buy baby okra in the freezer section for my stews 👍I’m so surprise that you still use processed oil ! You know how bad they are ! Why not avocado and coconuts oil?
I'd still probably do Martha even though everyone else already has. Lol
