You can find lanterns made of various materials in Hoi An. The Son Tra night market is open all days of the week from 7pm to 12am.

It was not a market actually..it was a store near Ben thanh area where they were selling helmets as well as electronics. I don't remember the name of the store.
Do you need to bargin or everything is fixed?
You need to bargain everywhere. But also be careful that they sometimes get annoyed If you say a very low price.
