"who hurt these girls" CUBE did
They seem to be dropping the G. In their 1theK Originals IDDP yesterday they were saying "let's finally drop the G/여자, it's time already"; their branding has been shown several times this comeback like "( )I-DLE", with missing or faded G, and in the last scene of the MV before the credits, Soyeon literally crossed "(G)" out with a marker. Whether it's just a promo thing to go with the concept of Tomboy ("neither man nor woman, just me, i-DLE"), or if it's an official permanent thing, I can't quite tell; but I believe they always wanted to just be i-DLE / 아이들, like their logo portrays.
they dropped the G because the G stood for 6 women making a group, so now that they aren't 6 anymore, they dropped it.
Soojin never be forgotten , she IS my bias and i hope she stays well and succeeds wherever she goes ... At 1theK they said to remove the G and now it's just Idle🤧🤧🤧But focusing on the positive side..this comeback is fire, Shuhua did amazing 🔥🔥🔥
G is stand for “girls”,they cut G out because they don’t want to play by gender rules.

So many obvious and subtle clues about Soojin, I almost thought they would have a ‘missing person’ spot in their choreography. I like the shade thrown though, reminds me of old school hip hop drama.
their attitude is soooo amazing, they're really selling that tomboy vibe and I live for it!!!! completely obsessed with this comeback, very different for them yet its so (G) I-dle. they can do it all

Loved this M/V and glad they didn't lose their attitude. Soojin will be forever missed but this is excellent. I'm sure you'll check out the choreography vids whenever they're out but watching their live its simplistic and powerful. *cough* potential Thina short cover? *cough*

Im soojin bias,but its hard to forget her and i feel incomfy for the mv without her 😔
Fun fact: the move at 3:03 was supposed to be finger guns but one of the members can't make a gun with her fingers without her pinky finger sticking out so they changed it to what's in the video. Personally I think it looks better how it is than had it been finger guns.
Losing Soojin has been really hard for me. I love all the girls but Soojin just has a certain something that lights up the stage and brings just that extra something to performances. It just feels off and I feel conflicted supporting Cube but I want to keep supporting our 5 girls.
Same!I hate cube so much but I love the remaining 5 girls and I know they want our support even if soojin isnt here anymore :(
I’m sure Soojin would want ya’ll to still support the girls as much as you can😊 She was my bias and I’ll always feel her presence in the group, but I’ll continue supporting the girls wholeheartedly. They deserve it, especially after losing their member and friend. The silver lining for me is that the girls produce all their own music so at least they’re earning royalties off it, and hopefully CUBE isn’t taking too much for themselves.
Im really glad you mentioned that about Soojin in the beginning. Feels like a lot of Nevies are trying to forget her almost and it hurts. She was and will always be my bias so this has all been hard for me.
i mean i will never forget soojin and idle will always feel incomplete without her but for the well-being of the remaining 5 members we have to move on. if anything cube erasing her and forcing the members to act like she never existed is even more infuriating
