- Week 3 of sprinting and feeling like I've been hit by a truck with fatigue sprinting felt like I had lead boots on lifts were slow jumps were low but I soldiered on through. Adductor tightness seemed to dissipate so that was good but honestly a super mid week of training smh.

It looks like CNS fatigue.
Stop intense CNS stuff and do only aerobic yes cardio for some time (a view days). Progress the CNS intense work carefully.
In my experience it doesn't work like alternating intense work with complete rest. It' more like carefully/slowly ramping up the intensity (and back down).
Don't plan your intense workouts! Let it happen. If it don't happens, just wait for it.
Yeah I think this was an accurate assessment tbh just very poor quality training but I managed to comeback from it!
