This was a good review of your Boston man . I have a pair that I have had for 30/35 years now & to this day still going very strong . I usually just wear them when it's 20°/30° Degrees Temperatures outside barefooted 👣 . I have a pair of the Arizona's sandals that i have had for 30/35 years too & still going strong to this today & i wear my Arizona's sandals everywhere everyday 365 days out of the year barefooted 👣 . I even wear my Arizona's sandals to work because i have a big & very very Extremely wide feet 🦶 sz15 6E wide ( which is very very extremely wide feet 🦶 ) with very very chubby fat wide toes that are Evenly straight across making my foot very very Extremely wide at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe . My foot outgrow shoes , socks , & boots when I was 18 years old & this is why I have to wear my Arizona's / Boston Birkenstocks sandals barefooted & the reason why i wear my Boston a lil bit is because my foot is so extremely wide that when I wear my Boston for a while my toes starts to hurt because my toes are touching the edges of the sandals & starts to hurt my toes because of my toes being Evenly straight across . If my toes was at a 45° Degrees angle it wouldn't hurt my toes at all . Everytime I get a chance i would need to pull my feet 🦶 out of the sandals to spread out comfortable & to stop hurting but i love ❤️ how they keep my feet 🦶 & toes warm Doing the extremely cold temperatures . I usually just wear my Arizona's sandals doing the winter in 20°/30° Degrees Temperatures barefooted 👣 & my toes usually do not get extremely cold . It suck having very very Extremely wide feet 🦶 with very very chubby fat wide toes that are Evenly straight across making my foot 6 1/2 inches wide but my wife love ❤️ seeing my chubby fat wide feet 🦶 & toes . She said that they look so cute & it doesn't help that I am a chubby fat dude on top of that . But she has a love ❤️ of foot fetish over my feet 🦶 so .
Personally this totally depends on your feet. Also if they are wide or narrow. I got small, but a bit wider feet. I’m normally anything from 42 EU to a 43 EU aka a 9 US to a 10 US depending on the brand. In Birks I had to size down from 42 to 41, as the 42 was way too big/long. I had like a whole size of extra space in the back… why it’s best to try it on in store if you have the chance. I tried the leather version. Very different in sizing compared to the suede. As I could go up to my actual size again as the 41 seems too small. As it should. Also I found them to be really uncomfortable in the beginning, but after breaking them in which took a few wears, they are way more comfortable now. I also have the soft shoe bed version.
