Never before Palawan experienced anything like this... People weren't ready... We really felt so scared!
Thanks to all the people that are supporting us, we are going to donate and help the people affected in the area of Roxas, that area has been 95% devastated!

Dont go outside if the wind is strong you might hit by a flying object and stay away from glass window or door. Go to place with all concrete.

Mirco don't roam outside next time when there's a typhoon. It's dangerous. The electric wires and flying objects are really dangerous. The downside of having a bahay kubo, typhoon can easily destroy it. Good thing ate Elaine and family are safe.
I once stayed in Palawan for 1 year and a few months never experienced a storm! I hope for fast healing for the whole island.
You guys are smart and well prepared for the typhoon. Keep safe always.
It is good that the Palawan government asks the citizens to save water in the buckets. Most typhoons in the Philippines are very strong that is why infrastructures and livelihoods are destroyed. Historically Palawan is spared from strong typhoons. Take care.

There are so many expats/couple videos in the philipines but my heart goes much to this family because micro tere english is weird it catches my ears .and because baby bella is adoreable little baby ..wish i can meet u guys one day..this family literally my superstar. I live not far from palawan. Geographically nearby but different country..north borneo .

Thanks so much for sharing this scary footage Mirco. You were very brave for taking the shots during the middle of the typhoon. However, you risked your safety trying to cut that bamboo branch. Does that bamboo belong to your neighbour?? He should control it because as we have seen, it poses great risks to everyone during very strong winds. However, I don’t advise confronting him over it. Some people can react badly when requested. But it’s good to see that everyone is safe.
This is scary. That reminds me when I was growing up in the province and one fourth of the town was flooded. Any typhoon is devastating. Hope you guys are okay. Stay safe and take care!

Actually my families are in Iloilo but i thought of living in Roxas, Palawan after 6 yrs. coz i like to live in agricultural place but still have sea & mountain. I hope it could recover from severe damages & wishing & praying that dangerous typhoon would not pass again.

Typhoons are stronger winds more than Hurricanes never under estimate her strength. Always stay away from beaches, concrete houses without Typhoon Shutters , or typhoon concrete houses w/ tin roof ceilings, very dangerous to your family. I know I’m from Guam (USA) & we always have the same diasterous storms for many years …

'Though middle part of Palawan which is Puerto Princess is less speed coz it's Signal No. 2. in the eye of the typhoon which is the center it's Signal #4 which is very strong. Very rare that Puerto experience typhoon even Signal #1.. For so many years maybe decades only now that Signal #2 typhoon passes thru PPC. KEEPSAFE everyone. GOD BLESS
