Ingredients
Cocoa Powder-2tbsp
Milk Powder-2tbsp
Roasted Badam-15
Roasted Peanuts /Cashewnuts-few
Vanilla Essence-2drops
Ghee-1tsp
Condensed Milk-10tbsp (depends)
Salt-one pinch
Method
Roast nuts and allow them to cool ..
Then make it a fine powder.
Pour this powder into a bowl.
To that add cocoa powder, milk powder, vanilla essence, ghee, salt and condensed milk and mix well..
So the tasty chocolate spread is ready to serve ..

I made this on yesterday for my one year and eight month baby girl.. I havn't much words to appreciate you.. It was very similar to original nutella. Its a healthy version of nutella.. Today I made Nutella aparan...but in that receipe they didn't use condensed milk...it was very thick..not able to spread on bread..so when I search ..I found your Nutella receipe..I add condensed milk as you say...now it turn very good ....tasty and easy to spread...thanks for that..also original Nutella start cheythapol...advertisement nee oru kutiye company search cheythu...there was around 75 contestants ... participate in it...from them..one dark complexion girl was selected...you know she was an Indian..malayali Christian girl...name Gayatri...she is my husband's cousin sister...they were at that Time...now also in..Italy...now settled there with Italian husband..and three kids... when ever valiappachan came from Italy ...he used to say this...

Hi veena chechi, i came across this recipie recently. I 've made lots of your recipies and everything came out very well. 👍👍And i must tell that this one was simply amazing.😘 I just finished making it for my daughter. Luckily i got hazelnuts and it tasts and smells exactly like nutella. My condensed milk was very thick, hence the nutella too, but by adding few tbs of boiled n cooled milk i got the desired consistency. I suggest all the viewers to try once with hazelnuts if available and affordable and im sure that no one will buy nutella from the supermarket ☺️. Much healthier option.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The nutella that we buy from supermarket can be stored for months..just imagine the amount of preservatives added into it 😱
