I am wondering if Proposition 9 passes and we receive the COLA as designated, will we continue to have new COLA adjustments automatically as our economy fluctuates. Also , if so , could we have any adjustment that would be LOWER if there were a recesssion?

Tim why did you guys cap this COLA at year 2020? All retired teachers are not included in this Proposition 9. My concern is that this message isn’t a true because all retired teachers are not benefitting from Proposition 9.
