Hey everyone, Queen has by far become my favorite band ever and it would be my dream to see them live while it’s still possible. Unfortunately i don’t have the money to be able to do it. If any of you could help me that would mean the world to me, even just $1 could make the difference between me being able to go or not. If you want to help you can donate through my paypal link in the description or with the “Thanks” button to the right of the Like button. Of course if you can’t that’s totally okay, and i completely understand :)
lIVE IN Budapest is the very best!!
Budapest was the best!
Wembley 1986 is magical show
To hear Brian. Do album versions of 39, Good Company, Someday One Day, Sleeping on the Sidewalk, All Dead All Dead, & Too Much Love Will Kill You. As time went on Brian in particular. Decided they would rather hear Fred. So. He let him sing everything live. ( Untrue for me BTW ) I wish Brian would have had more confidence in his vocals. Certain songs just fit him better. While he doesn't have the vocal range of Fred & Roger. In terms of Queen songs. He has a warm soft sweet tone. One that can be emotive, & melancholy at times. It also made listening to the albums fun. You got to hear them separately, & together. Got to be surprised. As their vocals are constantly interchanging within the songs themselves. That plus the studio innovations they were pioneering. Make their 70s studio albums in particular a must listen.
Brian wrote this song for the movie Highlander
Another beautiful song from this soundtrack written by John Deacon is one year of love 🎉
This song is one of Brian's finest works. This band was not familiar with the word "impossible", they had great ideas and they exactly knew how to achieve the perfect sound, the perfect live versions, btw. both Freddie and Brian were perfectionists. Pls, check out another genre the vaudeville, the song called Seaside Rendezvous, it's cute and funny.
Impossible was definitely not something that existed with this band, simply amazing they were :)
And i’ll check out Seaside Rendezvous when i can 💛
Brian and Rodger can sing wonderfully . They, combined with Freddie do all the background Vocals . Always have.
Together they are spectacular.
Brian on the keyboard who is also a great singer, as is Roger Taylor. And did you notice John Deacon on the white double bass? All of them very talented musicians. Freddie brings his own powerful magic to this performance!
I saw that! Excellent song :)
Love John on the white standing bass.
A beautiful song of Queen's written by Brian May. Freddie was phenomenal singing this song as his was their entire catalog of music. This is one of the songs I am really looking forward to when I see their concerts in November.
This is a great song ❤ the live is so much better. Another great song from the movie Highlander is Princes of the Universe.
PLEASE do the live version from Wembley!
😢 beautiful heartfelt! Freddie looks like an angel
They all wrote for the soundtrack of Highlander. Brian wrote this one. It's beautiful and tear jerking in the movie.
This song is so much better live. React to this performed live at Wembley 1986.
Will do! :)
Live in Budapest is an amazing song. To hear the power of Freddie’s voice
My favourite queen song ..i always cry to it ..Freddies soaring and haunted voice and brians voice is amazing ..queen forever ❤
Brian wrote this in about 10 minutes sitting in the back of a taxi after they viewed the promotional video for Highlander. All 4 of them wrote songs for the movie. So much talent notice John on the upright bass. Along with a very hungover Roger Taylor lol
Incredible talent they all had! 10 minutes, even if it was just lets say the outline of the lyrics, would be amazing for such a profound song. Definitely one of my favourites from Queen so far :)
This is from the soundtrack for the film highlander. The film is about an immortal. The film is great and queen wrote all the songs. Listen to it's a king of magic, and prince's if the universe
I’ve reacted to “A kind of Magic” Live at Wembley 1986 and its up on my channel! Will definitely react to the studio version of it in the future as well as Princes of the Universe
Brian wrote this for the action/sci-fi/fantasy movie "Highlander". (actually all four wrote songs used in the film, then they released their album A Kind Of Magic). Yep, Brian has a lovely voice and sings on other albums as well. Enjoy
Wow 🎉 beautiful sweet Freddie ❤️ another wonderful song and video clip from the Highlander movie is princes of the universe 🎉
Something else you would not expect, Freddie singing opera. Listen to , Barcelona, with Montserrat Caballe at La Nit. Freddie is magnificent and Montserrat amazing.
This song was written by Brian May for the Queen Soundtrack for the movie Highlander. I really love this song and the cutest version of it is of Brian's little girl, Louisa singing it she looks about 4 or 5. I have seen it on UA-cam but haven't gone back to it for a while, maybe after watching this video. Thank you for your reaction.
You should listen to
" Too much love will kill you" sung by Brian May
"Say it's not true""sung by Roger Taylor
Both beautifull emotional songs!
By the way if you want to hear and see a surprising Queen video that will surely take you by surprise watch the official video for "The Miracle" I guarantee the first few moments will surprise you, and confuse. but it soon becomes clear.
Freddie was the BEST!!!! This is so AMAZING!
Live at Wembley on Friday July11 is amazing! Live performance is breathtaking!
this song is so emotional ....the lyrics...
LOVE this song!
Just wait until u get to the live version of this one at Wembley. Freddie does all the singing. And while I do love Brian, Fred’s voice is just so much more powerful
Yes opera
I know this was written for a film but I can hardly bear it but it always makes me think of Freddie getting sick, and the words brings to mind the early days of the AIDS /HIV crisis when so many young people were dying.
Brian sings well enough to have two solo albums. He wrote this song for the film Highlander.
Very impressive. Extremely underrated singer and guitarist 🎸
It great live a Wimbley as well. John's bass is great live.
I love the Wembley 86 live version of this song it was written by Brian May for the soundtrack for the film Highlander. Brian wrote this song in the backseat of his car after seeing a 20-minute cut of this film. Beautiful song you seemed a bit lost for words on this one. But that is when you know a song is special. X
Live versions are absolutely perfect. This is amazing beautiful song. Soundtrack of Highlander movie. Nice reaction. 😊
Blow You away again as it did me, Freddie and Opera Singer Montserrat Caballe "HOW CAN I GO ON "❤
so very talented. So diverse, another perfect example is Cool Cat, hope you react to that one at some point.
Innuendo album is a great collection of music, and, the videos are excellent. None of these songs were performed live, so the album is often overlooked. The title song: Innuendo, is a complex work of art and on a par with Bo Rhap, and Breakthru is excellent both musically and visually, Bijou features Brian's guitar brilliance, and just a few poignant lines from Freddie. When you are ready to listen to Freddie's work without Queen, but with the lovely soprano voice of Spanish diva Montserrat Caballe, there is the entire Barcelona album awaiting. One of my favorites is The Golden Boy. I am truly enjoying your reviews, well done Trevor
An excellent hour long documentary by people who actually worked with and knows the band members is "Becoming Queen". It is done with insight, dignity and respect.
Thanks for the kind words and all the info, will definitely check out Freddie’s solo music and work with Monsterrat Caballe :)
As well as the Innuendo album ^
PLEASE DO HAMMER TO FALL LIVE IN BUDAPEST OR ALL OF BUDAPEST WHEN YOU FINISH WEMBLEY
Will definitely react to the Budapest concert after Wembley :)
Artwork, wow!
So happy that I came upon you doing this. You didn’t talk on top of Freddie like you did in the past . Thank you for your reaction and respect for our Freddie❤
they are so good!
Freddie's voice is so beautiful and powerful as it is shown in this song.
This is a masterpiece by Brian May...and your reaction was GREAT!I The word you used - "poignant" - is absolutely correct. If you have the chance, you can see how Queen adapted this to a LIVE performance at the Budapest, 1986 concert...it's spine tingling and worth your time. In my opinion, Budapest is the best LIVE version. Thanks for doing this one, Trevor...it's one of my favorite songs by Queen or anyone else!
Thanks for all the kind words Linda! Will definitely check out the Budapest version, was getting a lot of requests for that one just wanted to hear the original first :)
@@TrevorReaction I agree with you - listening to the studio version first is always a great decision!
Agreat song it's in my top 3 igot chills every time I watch freddie sings this his voice is just out of this world outstanding it,gets to your soul and heart iwould recommend you if you loved it to do show must go on great masterpiece liked your reaction❤
They are the best- video is wonderful and live performance is spectacular
Gorgeous gorgeous song!! Brian’s compositions are storytelling at it’s finest!! Please watch the original 1986 Highlander film starring Christopher Lambert, Sean Connery, & Clancy Brown 👉 the evil Kurgan. Clancy is also the voice of Mr. Krabs in the animated TV series SpongeBob. 🧽 Anyway, GIMME THE PRIZE next, another Brian composition for the Highlander film! 🛡⚔️
TY Debra. Amazing how much I learn from your comments 🌹
Great Reaction!❤😊
If you haven’t heard and reacted to Innuendo, please do. It’s my favourite Queen song
Another Brian May composition is Save Me - the version from Montreal 81 - please-
Gorgeous song! Thanks Check out In The Lap of The Gods (the pre-Wembley version), Stone Cold Crazy, I Want It All, Love Of My Life (live in Rio) Mustapha, Teo Torriatto, Delilah, Life Is Good ( homage to John Lennon of the Beatles) and Freddie’s singing: In My Defense and Time Waits For No One, Living Alone
The Album version has a fantastic ending. If you haven’t listened to it yet.
Another song from Highlander ❤
Watch the movie Highlander..and you will understand..

I’ve actually reacted to their live performance of this song at Wembley!
I am gay and I was married to a man. My husband died last year and that was the most horrible thing ever. Love died at that moment when I looked at his corpse. Who wants to live forever?
They "DEFINITELY DON'T " make music like this no more...unless of course you prefer that depressing accoustic style of whaling we get over here in the UK, each song and singer sound the same as the last, that annoyingly dreary noise like somebody straining themselves on the toilet, so bland & so boring!! Lots of respect to you buddy, I'm so glad the younger generations are discovering these great artists & bands and boy you're definitely gonna be surprised the more you delve into the fantastic music of the past decades, the singers & personalities the likes of which we'll probably never see or hear again. So many of them sadly are no longer with us but MY GOD what a treasure trove of great music they have left behind for us and future generations to enjoy. I'm new to your channel so I'm not sure if you've already have done reactions to the following acts but these are some of my favourites that you may wanna check out....ABBA, GEORGE MICHAEL ( A HUGE Fan of his ), THE BEE GEES, DUSTY SPRINGFIELD, TOM JONES, SIMPLY RED, PHIL COLLINS, PINK FLOYD, LED ZEPPELIN, DAVID BOWIE, THE BEATLES ( Of Course!!), PAUL MCCARTNEY......to name a few. Thankyou for doing a great react and I wish you great health and I hope your channel continues to grow, lots of best wishes from the UK, take care buddy!! 👍
