Sonrisa Gardens is a 7-tower condo project that will rise on 3.4 hectares of prime real estate located in Brgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. With no active volcanoes, fault lines, or trenches, Palawan is considered one of the safest places in the Philippines. It is also not on the usual path of tropical storms, making it an ideal place to reside and do business.
It will be developed by Suntrust, a subsidiary of Megaworld - the most awarded real estate developer in the Philippines, with townships in key cities such as Metro Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod and Palawan. The project will be part of the 6-hectare township - Baytown Palawan. Baytown will be Megaworlds 31st township in the country and will host residential condo projects, hotels and commercial retail developments. The project launched in Dec 2023 with a target turn over of 2029. Although, quick disclaimer, turn over dates may change since delays can happen and is actually quite common in construction.
