@@RickaramaTrama-lc1ys i have critic because then people learns how make better next time, if you say to me "this not has paint good" i learns thats and paint better or next time i have critic and looking what i has doing and then repair and paint better. this is all people same all life have one big school, ewery day can learn somethink new, i not say critic bad think, i teach all people same if someone do somethink worst i say guickly "hey this need repair not has make good" or "this has uses wrong or thats you use wrong tools, you can make this better this tool" or somethink, understand you ? this NOT mean bad, only say can make better if you want.
im old engineer retiree now but my work methods have, "if can make somethink make all good or not do anythink newer, i think all proces first and what tools i need,then i take all tools ready and materials, then i make and i looking have good or perfect and if not have perfect i make new or repair old, i learn and test itself alltime want make all good, i think first all and think can i made this, if not can i not start job, if think i can i want make all perfect and good, ,why make somethink if not can make, better not make if not can make all perfect and good.
