Such a tragedy he was worked to the ground and didn't see how much he was loved on this Earth when his own life went into upheaval. And 10-12 collections a year is just stupid, and whoever had him keep to that work schedule is inhumane. I adore him it's so sad he is gone and this level of design can no longer continue. I also feel like the trainers everyone buys were not his original design work but I could be wrong they just dont feel quite right they feel too bland to be mcqueen but I can never find the information of when they were released. Strable Fable Models are usually all younger than 24. All these girls are probably 16-22 years of age. They don’t have a lot of life experience. I hate that everyone gives models a hard time, not realizing they are still kids. And most don’t even do this job full-time.
I Wonder if people say it nice just because everybody else say so. Most of those dresse look like costume, are unwearable unless you want them for show or some sci fi movie. And the people who praise are for most Wearing quite ordinary, non mcqueen looking clothes.

I think she exaggerates their friendship a bit and exploited it after his death. she was on tour nonstop in that era, she saw him maybe twice total in person. she was a bright new popstar that had a bangin' stylist and thats why she was sent the collection, not because of some deep friendship. that friendship is a myth for the most part. im sure he thought she was 'amazing' but they weren't close friends. could they have been? yes. but they werent. he felt utterly alone.
