The Watcher's appearance always finds a way to get more intimidating, the angles in this short, along with his hat's new umbrella-like brim definitely work in his favor in that department.
And on a side note, I'm an outright sucker for plague doctoresque designs, so seeing one show up here was an absolute delight.
