Birkenstock insoles looking yuk? Here's how to clean them at home.
Got Birks with yuk insoles? The black marks are oil from your skin that's gone gross. Sanding that gunk away with sandpaper is an even better way to start this process. Then use shoe shampoo to remove some of the shite that has sunk into the suede.
Once dry it will feel rough. Get into it with 120 grit sandpaper and/or a suede brush. A suede brush has brass bristles, so watch your fingers.
