06/16/23 I had a heart attack. My circumflex artery was 100% occluded. I’m 45 yr old black female I live 38125 . I changed my diet and walk 2-6 miles a day. I feel great and thank God for allowing me another chance ❤

Went from close to 300 pds in December 2023, Now I'm 209 pds August 1st 2024. Thank God, it's was worth the lost, breathing hard, acid reflex, & stubborn thinking, bye 👋🏾
While I have changed my diet, it's really hard to exercise like I want to because of my busy schedule. I have joined a gym at my job but I still don't have time to work out everyday.

Stop all the food insecurity nonsense because have access to food and they eat what they want to eat. Maybe provide access on why it is good to eat healthy, exercise etc….
