Step 1 is always to test with known good parts. Then we move onto checking the board only with our DC Power Supply (links below) to see what is the current draw before prompt to boot.
This one was pulling 0.040A before prompt to boot which means it has a short on VPH_PWR (aka VCC MAIN). So using the thermal camera & DCPS, we tracked down the short & fixed the phone.

Please boss I have and airpod max head phone that won't connect keep tell me fail to connect or try again I have clean the head band and even clean inside very well please help
